Fantastic walking distance to most everything in old Key West. It is close enough to Duvall St. but far enough away that you didn’t hear the activity. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very clean, cute and convenient to walking everywhere. Was able to park the car and leave it on the street the whole stay. Wonderful walk in shower! Had fun enjoying the pool and meeting some neighbors.

Great location! Short walk to Duval St., Hemingway House, the lighthouse, and more, while being on a very quiet residential street. On site laundry was nice. Outside lock was somewhat difficult to see and operate with touchscreen buttons instead of mechanical buttons. Battery died in this device, but was replaced within 24 hours. Small pool, but we enjoyed it. Great artwork and is a very unique place to stay. Check out the fancy toilet with heated seat and bidet. We would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean. The bed is so comfortable. The ac is loud, but it works great, and honestly that’s the most important thing. The room is small , as advertised, but it was great for just me. Walking distance to most everything. Pool area is very nice. Communication was good with the management company. People can be loud in the shared hallway, but that a lack of courtesy issue not a lodging issue. I found a place at 613 Simonton St to store luggage so I could have the whole day for fun before my flight when I left. I would stay here again

The location is good, very walkable to Duval St and Bahama Village restaurants. To stay here again, I would check if they have a bigger room. It was very small for 2 people. Smaller than a hotel room. The air conditioner was loud though the street noise wasn't. The checkin/checkout process is easy. Restaurants nearby we would recommend are The Red Shoe and New York Pasta Garden. Service and food were excellent. Just a five minute walk to either.

Regarding the room size, the square footage is included in the listing prior to booking so guests know what to expect. All of the rooms are within a similar size range, so while the space itself can’t be changed, we do try to be as transparent as possible about the size ahead of time. The only problem we had with this property was that someone had left their snuff spit bottle between the bed and the wall. That made me wonder if the bed had been changed….

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and while the space around the bed is tight, this item was clearly overlooked and should not have been missed. We completely understand how finding something like that would be concerning, and we sincerely apologize for the impression it left. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately and ensured everything was properly rechecked. We’re following up with our cleaning team to prevent something like this from happening again. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was really great. We recommend MoonDog and The Cafe for good places to eat! We walked to two different beaches from here! And we enjoyed the pool on site. Thanks for a great time in Key West. We'll be back!

Due to our delayed flights we arrived at 3am only to not be able to unlock the entry door but i called the phone number and surprisedly got a fast response with the codes we needed to enter. Room was comfortable, clean and very convient to walk anywhere. What surprised us most was the toilet in the bathroom.....5 stars. You will have to rent the room to find out.
