One of the most beautiful vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed. The view was incredible. We didn’t want to leave. Great communication with property manager. No complaints. Will be back.

Awesome place!

We loved our stay and would definitely return. It is a duplex, but feels more like a house. Nice layout for multiple families. Location to beach was perfect and the views were outstanding!

Amazing beach home

Stayed here with my husband, five grown children and some significant others. Great house right on a non-crowded beach, house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

The home was exactly what we needed for our family to be comfortable, and the views/location on the beach is tough to beat.There are a few cosmetic/paint issues around the house, and the cleaning crew for the unit next door (same management company) swept patio garbage into the sand surrounding our exit to the beach (main reason for missing 5 stars) but overall we were very pleased and we would potentially return in the future.

Had a wonderful time celebrating milestone birthday with kids and grandkids. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Pool and hot tub were a hit. Thanks for everything the kitchen had for us to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Maybe having a dishwashing sponge or a brush would be helpful in cleaning the big pots, pans or the baking tray.Will definitely recommend the house for future stays.

Family Christmas Vacation

This was a great house for a 3 generation family Christmas. Being on the beach and having a pool was wonderful. Home is very spacious. Did have some problems/concerns. On our first night there was no way to secure the home. The front door locked but there was no lock on the back door. Called the emergency number but it was 9pm, the best they could do was send someone to put a lock on in the morning. A bit scary with 2 babies in the house but we made it thru and they did send someone in the morning. There was also a water main break the day before we arrived. Totally understand, completely out of their control, but no one notified us, we found out while having lunch at a restaurant. It was a boil water order, again, scary with 2 babies. Other than that everything on property was wonderful. St Pete's Beach is still under much construction.

It’s wonderful to know the space was spacious and comfortable for everyone. I sincerely apologize for the security issues you faced with the back door and the lack of communication about the water main break. I completely understand how concerning both situations must have been, especially with two babies in the house. We take these issues seriously and will ensure better communication moving forward, especially regarding emergencies like the water main break. I’m glad our team was able to address the lock issue the following morning, but I understand it was unsettling at the time. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and I truly hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’ll work to improve these aspects for a smoother stay next time.
