BEDROOMS – The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with both a shower and tub for added relaxation. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top) with its own private bathroom. The property was just steps away from the beach, and my three boys had so much fun. We especially enjoyed the open living area and kitchen, which gave us plenty of space to spend time together. The property was pet-friendly, and the host was communicative and responsive to our needs.

Amazing

I honk this house was our absolute favorite. We have stayed in quite a few houses in las concha’s but this was by far our favorite. Will definitely recommend to others. The kids loved the beach themed walls and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is so much more beautiful in person and just steps away from the beach. We hope to return next vacation.

I was very disappointed. House was very dusty. Looked like it wasn’t rented for quite a while. Once I arrived I turned the AC on and it took all night for it to finally cool down. Wanted to wine down and shower but there was no running water. Called maintenance and took a while to show up. I had to call 3 times to get maintenance to finally show up. Next day we went to the beach. Came back to shower and again no water. Finally on the second day maintenance decided to fill the tank with water. I’ve been to Ricky point quit a few times and never had this kind of experience.

Birthday Vacation

Cozy home we all enjoyed it, great commutation with management. We did run out of water but not once did we fell like management wasn’t helpful, they were on top of it. Location was not too far from the Malecon. Really enjoyed the view to the beach and to top it off it was only a few steps away. Overall great experience we will definitely recommend and rent again.

Vacation Stay

Everything was lovely regarding our stay - except the house wasn’t clean upon arrival (sheets with stains, hair on pillows etc) and the AC was locked at 82 degrees. Everything else was a dream - parking on site was good, early check in process was awesome, and the beach was to die for.

Had a family emergency before I even got into Mexico, contacted the agency & they would not allow me to cancel & qualify for any type of refund, even a partial refund or anything. They were supposed to contact the owner or allow me to contact the owner. But no one ever got back with me.
