Perfect location. Clean/modern place. Great communication with owner. Safe/secure parking garage only for residents. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place in a great place

This apartment was amazingly large and perfect for a weekend getaway. The building itself is lovely with great amenities like a pool and lounge area. It's located in a cute neighborhood with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I would definitely rent again if I returned to the area.

Overall place worked out well for us for about a week. Location, space, and shared community spaces in the building were great. For a vrbo it has the barest of bones in terms of supplies. Wanted to cook pancakes one morning and didn’t even have a pan or skillet of any sort to use. Also tried to have a dinner and play cards during the week and the “table” for dining was about the size of an end table. Could barely fit 4 of us to play. Owner tried to provide clear check in instructions but it’s just a bit difficult to find the right place in the building. Once you’re in it was easy to come and go, but a little hard the first time. Could be a 4-5 star place with just a little more to it, but is still good value for what it is.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were stark, a skillet to cook eggs would have been nice. The description states it sleeps 6 but the pull out futon is pretty small, fits one. What was frustrating is I specifically requested linens for the pullout and they were not there when we arrived. Called immediately to resolve the issue, was promised they would be delivered, however they did not show until my 3rd night, which was my last. Staff was friendly but they became unreliable.

Nice Place To Stay

We had an extended weekend in Louisville, the stay here was great. It did have a pack and play which was very helpful. I feel like the overall cleanliness of the apartment was good. Under the chairs didn’t seem to have been clean, but overall we were happy with the cleanness. There were towels left in the dryer, so before I could use the dryer - I did need to fold them and put away which sucked because we were pressed on time. The pool was awesome, and location was great. It was nice having the car parked in the garage. The last 2 days of our stay, the elevator did not work. Which was very disappointing - they didn’t have a sign up or anything. It made it hard navigating and loading up the car considering we had a double stroller, bike and little children in the apartment with us.

The property was located in a very desirable and exciting location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants withing walking distance. The area felt safe, clean, and walkable. The building was clean and quiet. The pool and common room were located very close to the apartment. The apartment was lacking some very basic amenities. Despite being listed as having a pullout sleeper couch the size of the couch would be best appropriate for a child. Also, no linens were provided to turn it into a bed for sleeping. We had to purchase sheets and blankets in order to use it. There was half a roll of paper towels, no sponge for cleaning dishes and there were very limited towels, and hand towels. We were able to use the washer to clean the towels to use for the pool. It would be helpful to provide towels to use for the pool. Only having one key pass to access the building was an inconvenience and required advance planning. Overall the space was pleasant, but be prepared to bring supplies to make it more comfortable.
