This condo is loud. Doors from other condos are always slamming. A/C unit on patio is very noisy and runs constantly. The TV ‘ are old so they are always dropping your streaming. I had to constantly unplug and wait a couple minutes.

Sorry you didnt enjoy the stay, we manage 36 condos here with thousands of reviews and rarely, if ever, get noise complaints. You did come during a very busy time to a building with an on-site watepark where there are tons of families with young children, some noise is expected. The a/c was running constantly as it was over 100 degrees outside and you may have had the thermostats set too low. You reached out and asked for assistance for the tvs, which we gave and you said it fixed the problem. We offered multiple times to send someone to take a look and even offered to replace the tv, which you declined. We would never host Daniel again, as he brought an unapproved pet to the condo. It was covered in dog hair. We reached out several times to him post stay to ask why he brought an unapproved pet and he read and ignored all of our emails. Future hosts who dont allow pets should beware of this.

Amazing vacation

Best place we have stayed for vacation. Quiet place for family, superior communication with property management, quick walk to beach, and water park was so fun and clean!

This is a great property and a great location within ealking fistance to the bea h, stores amd some restaurants. Beautiful inside and great view of the docks and water.

Amazing TIme

We had an amazing stay at Harbourside. The pool and slides were so much fun. The location was great! Plenty of places to walk to for food, groceries and drinks. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic condo!

Location was perfect to watch the boats and lots of sun. Easy walk to wonderful restaurants and the beach. Property management company is fast to respond to a small question. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place!

Great condo with plenty of room and beds. Lovely balcony overlooking intercoastal. Beach literally 3 minute walk. Condo has everything needed, is super clean and we all loved it. 2 bedroom and bathrooms really great so kids could retreat to their own space for a bit. Easy communication with property mgmt. would 100% stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

The location is fantastic with the beach just a few short blocks away and the water park on site. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice quiet area. Will be dreaming of the lazy river for a long time! Great view from the deck and overall a clean property, with regular maintenance staff. Cute, comfortable condo with plenty of space. The owner was responsive and we appreciated the beach towels. A few minor details could be improved, but we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Would stay again!

Overall, we really enjoyed the property! The location to the beach was great. Access to the pools was easy. The unit was clean and updated. Communication was easy and quick.A couple things we experienced were the beds are pretty uncomfortable. They sink in the middle so only one person can really sleep in each bed. Also, we ended up having to purchase our own toilet paper, paper, towel, towels, and laundry detergent. There was one and a half rolls, but we stayed a week so clearly needed more. These are things that I get are trivial, but make an experience even better. Note that this beach town is very laid-back! We knew that going in so weren’t too surprised. We were able to go into Clearwater Beach a couple times for some action. The pools were nice. A little bit on the older side, but still enjoyable. As a resident you get access to the main pool after the waterpark closes, which was a nice perk. Overall, I would say this is a very great unit to rent and we would definitely recommend it.

Stay 4/2025

Very very clean, Beautiful, perfect location. Exactly how it is pictured. Only down fall we had was we had 6 in our group and in order to go to the pool you HAVE to have a pass if it’s between 10AM to 6PM - this rental property had 2 cards that gets you 4 bands. Which would have had us pay for 2 bands each day we went to the pool.

the coffee maker didn't work and within a few short hours of me reaching out they provided a brand new one. Condo was clean and spacious.

Spring break with teens

The condo was very nice and met our needs well. We enjoyed the balcony to watch the boats and birds on the Intracoastal each day as well as for some sun bathing there and on the sundeck. Both were quite peaceful as they were far enough away from the water park. The water park was great for the kids and the walk to the beach was quick. We enjoyed several of the neighborhood restaurants for dinner each night and used the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Overall great find!

Home away from home!

Very nice. Convenient and easy to get to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Would recommend putting room darkening curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms as the entrance hallways are very bright along with the patio lights when someone is out there in the evenings. We would definitely come back! Thank you
