The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and relax in front of the large screen TV and fireplace. Open the patio doors and dine outside while enjoying the island breezes.

All of the bedrooms are located on the main living and three of the bedrooms feature a king Bed, and the final bedroom has a twin over king bunkbed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The grounds feature a private heated pool with in-pool lounge chairs and spa, The pool deck boasts pool loungers and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand away. The poolside entertainment area includes an outdoor kitchen with built in gas grill, lounge furniture, patio dining and a fireplace. Relax in the lounge area while grilling up dinner to enjoy al fresco at a patio dining table set for 8.

With so much to do at The Sweet Spot, guests will choose from the outdoor fun of a ping pong table, corn hole, a 3 hole mini-golf putting green, and a separate indoor game room with a pool table and 3,000 game arcade game.

The Sweet Spot is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.
