With a family of 22-10 adults and 12 kids this home was very accommodating. The location was perfect. The community pool was so close, and the golf cart was so convenient! The communication via texting was so convenient and my contact was amazing. Any needs were handled in a timely manner! We highly recommend renting this property!

The white furniture looks disgustingly, dirty the chairs on the kitchen table and the couch. I would not have white furniture in a place like this to rent, and the washer would not rinse the clothes .. we were pleased with the location in the house actually was very nice other than the choice of white furniture that shows every dirty spot which makes you not want to sit on it and the washer didn’t work other than that. Everything was fine.

Visiting from Colorado, your home was perfect for our family trip! Our adult kids had their own rooms and private baths (especially needed for those with low people meters) while the grandkids loved the arcade games, bunks and beach toys. Most everyone hit the backyard pool and the beach nearby, every day!

The house and the amenities were wonderful. The children really enjoyed all of the games provided. The salt water pool was very relaxing. Having the golf cart was a great perk. Also, being a bit away from the main street made it much quieter. I would recommend this house.

Great time

This house was everything I hoped it would be. Very clean. Great location. There were beds for everyone, and we had 13 people. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for family or multiple family vacation

Highly recommend. Large spacious gathering areas with the option to escape to your own private suite. Short walk to beach but golf cart is great for transporting loads back and forth to beach. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and souvenir shops. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels.

Perfect for our whole family (18 people). Great set up for everyone to have their own rooms/bathrooms. The bunk room is awesome for multiple kids. Property manager responsive when contacted. Having a golf cart was a great addition.

The property was beautiful and big enough for our family of 22. The only disappointing issue was the size of the pool area. The pictures online made it look much larger.

Amazing House

My family and I had an amazing time at the house. We all loved the place and appreciated having our own space. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the extra games provided. The beach was within walking distance, which was convenient. While the house could use some improvements with the floors and trim, overall it's a beautiful and amazing place. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay!

Any issues we had we got a response very quickly and someone out to the house. House was in a great spot with lots of room for all of us. Pool wasn’t very warm for being heated and had to be fixed once so we didn’t bother saying anything after that. Golf cart was awesome!

Such an amazing rental!

We had a great stay here with extended family of 15 people of all age ranges. Plenty of space between all of the bedrooms/bathrooms, stocked kitchen, laundry, great pool and deck area, etc. Great to be able to walk to the beach, but easier and just as fun to kick it poolside! We all agreed that the pool was larger than the picture--pleasant surprise! Highly recommend. Golf cart was just the cherry on top! Great communication with the property manager company as well!

Lovely home

We had two sets of grandparents who loved staying in the two downstairs rooms and not having to navigate stairs. Having their own bathrooms and king size beds made their stay. My teens all enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms on the 2 nd floor with their own private bathrooms. The second floor balcony was huge and a nice play to chill at night. My boys loved the double sized bunk beds and video games in their room. My husband and I loved the quiet 3rd floor room with the small balcony I enjoyed each night with the breeze coming through. The pool was perfect and the lights on the pool at night added a bit of magic to night swims as well as the fire pit bowls. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for all 12 of us to live in together. To top off this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home, the golf cart was a blessing. It made it so easy to get around. Grandparents loved crushing scenic Hwy looking at the beautiful houses and kids loved cruising for the fun of it. We rode to Winn dixi, Destin commons, coffee shops and a pickle ball court on legion street all on the golf cart. AND if all that wasn’t enough, the infinity game table was played non stop by kids and adults. I can’t say enough good things about the house and the property management team. They responded promptly to any request we had and were very kind. The gates neighborhood was nice and location was great!

We had 16 staying with a wide range of ages. House fit us all great. The outdoor area worked well too as we were worried about the outdoor space not being big enough but it absolutely worked. Everything you needed was there and more. I would highly recommend this place if you are considering it. You will not be disappointed!!! Just a few things that were not exactly perfect but definitely did not lower from a five star rating. You definitely need the golf cart to get to the beach. if you are packing stuff and we would have to make multiple trips to get everyone You can park the golf cart on the side near where you walk in the beach which worked well. We did not know this till we asked someone. There were a couple things broken that I felt like should have been fixed. The hammock was broken. I sent pics to make sure they didn’t think we did it and I got a thanks for the heads up but nothing about fixing it. Overall it was a great place that I would highly recommend if you are ok with being a bit from the beach. The house is wonderful and the communication was on point.
