Overall experience was great ,the cleaniness was awesome, the dishwasher and washer and dryer all worked, the view was amazing. The amenities at Golden Sands was everything you need and more.Defininety going back next year

Great getaway

Had a great time visiting Ocean City Maryland. My stay at Golden Sands was great. Was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay there again

Ocean city

Had never stayed in a studio apartment/room. The layout was wonderful. Very well planned ample room and everything in condo was very clean.

Condo and location very good. Had all we needed. Bed was comfortable. Beach very nice. Had to deal with an early morning fire alarm, walking down all the flights of stairs from our floor and long wait times at the elevator on several days. A good beach break nonetheless.

Great Stay At Ocean City

The view from this property was excellent. The check in process was simple and the communication couldn’t have been better. The location is convenient, and the building has additional amenities that are nice to have. Parking was simple and safe. Property was within walking distance to a great restaurant in a nearby property. The unit is cozy but was perfect for a couple. You can view the ocean from bed and wake up to the waves. The only opportunity was that some of the dishes were not clean and unit amenities are basic. Overall, we had a great stay and recommended this property.

When we arrived there was a musty smell which we had to leave the door open the entire time to air out. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The bathtub was disgusting. The shower did not drain. We had water up to our ankles. We were given the wrong code and could not get into the room. We were not given a parking pass to be able to park our car. A fire alarm went off, forcing us to walk down 16 flights of stairs. The building is old and dingy. For the amount of money we paid, we were very disappointed. The only saving grace was that the view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It is unfortunate that our stay was so bad because leading up to it we experienced excellent customer service from Jen, the property manager.
