Our stay was great. Seamless check in and check out. The property was in a great location and everyone was so polite and helpful if we needed any assistance. The room was perfect for our 3 person party. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

This property was well kept and very cute for our couples trip. We love Golden Sands, you can do everything in one location and everyone is always kind and helpful. The amenities make it so you never have to leave if you don't want to.

The property was just as amazing as it looks in the listing. Check in/out process was smooth and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The property was clean and we had access to all amenities listed. We are hoping to visit again next year!

We love Golden Sands. This was our first time in an efficient. The unit was clean upon arrival and had most of what we needed. It would be great to expand the cooking tools to include a whisk and one non stick pan. In addition there is no hanging space for clothing.Our parking pass was not in the room and after texting I still didnt receive one so we visited the seaside vacation office. Everyone was very nice and I was provided the pass at this visit. The laundry area door was not on tje tracks when we arrived. This was also reported.Bed was very comfy, tv was grea...lots of options. View from the balcony was perfect. We would return to this unit in the future.

Rating: Property Location – 8/10 Cleanliness – 4/10The location of the property was great. However, cleanliness left much to be desired. It was clear that a white cat either currently lives or recently lived in the apartment—rugs were covered in cat hair, which stuck to our feet. The bathroom also wasn’t properly cleaned: there were short hairs on the sink and long strands of hair in the bathtub. A more thorough cleaning between guests is definitely needed.
