Very clean house. It was the perfect location to where we needed to be for the wedding we attended. Would love to stay again

This was difficult to find and did not feel safe. We had difficulty opening the lock and once in found the place had no power, The house smelled dank and there was spoiled food in the refrigerator. Several calls placed before a response. We found other accommodations.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take these concerns seriously and want to clarify a few things. The power issue was due to a breaker that tripped from a storm the night before, and it was reset within 30 minutes of check-in with A/C and power back on quickly. Our cleaning team missed a sealed container of food left in the refrigerator, which has been addressed with them, as the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every stay. The door lock was checked and is functioning properly. We're sorry your experience didn't go smoothly and hope future guests continue to enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained stay.

Great experience

This place has everything you need for a for a quiet stay.. very private with plenty of parking. Centrally located in the heart of newport with shopping just a few minutes away. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist in any way. Highly recommended.

Cats everywhere. Not communicated. People showing up whenever they want and staying for hour on end on the property. No communication. Cleaning lady showing up with her dog. Cat area in the house. Couldnt take my dog out because the cats were trying to get in. Not good for an animal stay. Thanks tho.

our honest opinion

we are not cat lovers. they meowed at night, wanting to come in. we did not notice the lil space in the hallway wall between the kitchen and the bathroom that is clearly their habitat. that clearly indicated that they are inside cats. therefore anyone with cat allergies would hav physically had a hard time. also we found the atmosphere, both inside and out, not to be peaceful. however the inside was clean. we would NOT recommend to anyone.
