Location was great. Close to a lot of different things by walking, bus, etc. place was very clean with a ton of space. Would recommend

The condo was beautiful. Needs a little more deep cleaning, but not a killer. Filters in the fridge and water machine need to be changed. The showers were wonderful, the beds were comfortable, pillows were hard. The area is really nice and walkable. Parking can be tough sometimes with no designated spot. The balcony and rooftop were excellent.

Brushed and Bold has a great location in RiNO, close to good restaurants and bars on Larimer. Check-in and entry was easy. Parking on the street was not a problem. The unit was very clean and well-equipped.
