There was table tennis, basketball goal, tennis court and 2 pickleball courts so there was an activity for everyone to do. This is not including the 2 pools to enjoy. We enjoyed playing pickleball and relaxing by the pool. Also, it was very close to grocery store and places to eat.

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway for the winter. Great location with short drive to the beach. Great complex for our morning walk. Would definitely rent again

Shorewalk

What a wonderful property!! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful grounds. The clubhouse is outstanding and the pickleball courts were hopping! The condo was stocked with every thing you needed to cook an awesome meal. Just a short drive to the beach for unforgettable sunsets!

Everything was great, very clean, noticed a couple of hairs in the bathroom, only got 2 towels per room and no wash cloths other than the makeup cloths. Thought there were two queen/full beds but one room ended up with 2 twin beds, not sure if I read the info wrong or if it just didn’t say. Other than that it was a great experience.

We apologize if you noticed anything out of usual order as we were quickly removing ourselves in order to accommodate your early check in request due to your flight arrival early. The listing does show two twin beds both in photos and in description. The washcloths that say makeup on them are washcloths. It was a pleasure hosting you.

We stayed at the condo for a soccer tournament at IMG. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the facility. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as we just showed up and an email had all the information. Check out was simple also. The walls are a little thin, so you could hear people in adjacent units, but there were no noisy neighbors. There is some construction, and the grounds weren't in as pristine shape as the online listing. But it was a good unit and served us well. I would definitely rent again. It is a 30 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, which is the best place we found for restaurants and hanging out at night.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with many appliances including an electric kettle and Keurig. There are no spices, oil, or any kind of condiments, not even salt & pepper. So if you cook, you will have to buy all. The place was lovely and clean and looked liked the photos. The problem for us was the beds. The bed in the master had tattered quilt and a mattress that had a hump rising in the middle. It was awful to sleep on for 5 nights. My cousin was in the twin room and her mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The bed quilts are old and need replacing. If the beds were decent we would have given 5. Also, there was only one small blanket provided, no wash cloths, except 1 black makeup cloth.o better on the linens

Fresh and clean!

This was a great place for myself and my son! Very clean, well stocked with all you’d need in the kitchen, beach chairs etc. my only disappointments were that the mattresses on the twin beds were so uncomfortable (think a camp mattress,only springs no padding) that I ended up purchasing a 3” gel topper so he could sleep Comfortably. The pool isn’t super kid friendly as the property manager was very strict about only using the ladder to enter the pool and kids weren’t allowed to splash each other etc.

Thank you for the 5-star review-we appreciate that! We love hearing guest suggestions and will evaluate the twin mattresses. We had not had any complaints, and mattress preference can be tricky, but we always appreciate the feedback! As far as the pool, this is a family friendly community, and kids are certainly welcome. I apologize if the pool rules seemed a bit harsh. I believe it's viewed as necessary for community pool safety guidelines. It was a pleasure hosting you and we would welcome you back anytime!

Minor Details

You can improve your Rating and future Reservation's by fixing several minor details. 1. Add more/ better blackout curtains to Master Bedroom. The outside walkway lights shine brightly into your eyes.2. Throw away shower wash cloths and get real cotton washcloths, those black things are awful. Also get better Spa towels, again you sent cheap.3. Get a bigger television for the living room.4.Replace your coffee maker with a programmable ground coffee maker.5. The washer is extremely loud.6. Last, you need more blankets that do something and aren’t too light. The weather outside was sub 50 degrees and you really wanted a heavy blanket for comfort sleeping. You would spend no more than 300-450 for ALL these important Minor details.TYSteve & Dennis
