Very cute property with great view of the ocean. Beautiful sunrises right from our deck! Really nice pool and easy access to the beach. Five minute walk to sound side seatting to watch sunsets. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown Duck. Don't miss Tullios Bakery & Outer Banks Brewing Station. Lovely vacation.

Only problem for us was no elevator.Master Bath towel bar falling off, the unit does need new carpet and the master shower door won’t close because of doorseal holding it back.

Absolutely loved staying in this cute little condo. Definitely will be staying here again and every time we come to the outer banks

The view was excellent and the property was very nice. The only real complaint was the property is on the third floor with lots of steps and no elevator. We were able to get up and down but individuals with mobility limitations would have significant difficulty going up and down the stairs. Not a complaint but it may be advisable to have an exterminator treat the property. I killed two roaches in the upstairs bathroom. I would also suggest that the stairs from the lower level of the property to the upper level be checked by an experienced builder because the attachment of the steps on the turn were questionable and may end up becoming detached and someone stepping on them could be injured.

Fall beach trip

Overall, it is a beautiful place with wonderful ocean views! Seemed well stocked except no garbage bags! Comfy beds and furniture. Be sure to bring passwords for streaming channels

We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay.

Perfect getaway!

Really enjoyed our week long stay. Great location - oceanfront but walkable to the shops and restaurants in Duck. Very cozy atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the Roku tvs! Amazing views from every window. Literally! You could see the ocean from every window. Keep in mind this is on the top floor and there are no elevators. Consider it your stairway to heaven. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The place could use some updating and whoever did the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. There were someone’s toenail clippings on the bath mat. The location was great and the property management company was very communicative.

Great Location in Duck for families

Our summer family occasion stay at the Sea Seeker was overall good. It’s a prime location in the low key town of Duck outside of the commercial areas. The pool was nice for the children although it was dirty at times and could use a better cleaning. The unit itself was in good condition. The patio view of this top corner unit was spectacular and the best in the entire complex. Views of the ocean were tremendous at all times of the day. The cleaning crew must’ve been in a hurry because they forgot to sweep up the kitchen floor so I had to do it myself. Overall, it was a great place and recommended.

Black moldy shower curtain, thick untouched dust in vents, rusty old window AC’s not installed properly, could not locate or open the tryndle bed in loft, bare minimum start up supplies, broken deck chair, cheap poor quality towels, 55 steps up to 3rd floor is a killer which is no where mentioned in the ad! Property upkeep was horrible with exposed wire boxes, wet smelly bathmat on floor in downstairs bathroom. - Not worth the money!
