Orange Beach Vacation

Our Spring Break vacation at this condo was fabulous! I dont think it could've gotten much better. Clean spacious condo with a WOW view! Decor was nice and well maintianed. Loved every minute of our Spring Break. Plenty of parking and 4 elevators make it fast. If you want a good host, look for Leslie's rentals because she is the best in the business. We would never look anywhere else.

Wasn’t very clear on check in and where to go. Texts didn’t go through for check in so made it difficult to be able to check in. With having kids with us and having the full amount of people it would have been nice to have a few more towels for showers. The stay was great otherwise!

Newly renovated very nice

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix VI! We happened to arrive just as the condo’s interior renovations were completed, and everything looked fantastic. There was brand-new furniture, fresh paint, new tables, updated décor, and new balcony furniture. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well cared for.The brand-new king mattress was actually delivered on the first day of our stay, and it was extremely comfortable! The condo was very clean, and there were plenty of towels along with thoughtful essentials like laundry detergent, dish soap, and other supplies.One of the best surprises for our family was the master bedroom closet, which was stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach chairs. The kids absolutely loved the beach, so having all of those extras available was incredibly convenient.The pools were clean, the Gulf-front location was excellent, and getting to nearby stores, restaurants, and shopping was very easy.Leslie was very attentive and answered so many of my questions. She is a wonderful host with excellent recommendations on dining!! She checked in ln us to make sure we were well taken care of. I mentioned we have everything but a cooler of drinks as a joke. Within 30 minutes we had 2 bags of sodas, juices, waters, and capris sun pouches at the door!! Over the top customer service!!We had a family of 10, and this condo was an excellent value for a group our size. Everyone had a great time, and we would absolutely stay here again. Five stars from our entire family!

Grandchildren Vacation

We brought two of our grandchildren and their two friends for a beach vacation and this was the perfect spot to stay. We were close to dining, shopping and even close to the dock for parasailing! The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. Upon arrival, it smelled great and was sparkly clean. We could tell somebody loves this condo .. besides us!!! We travel quite alot, and found this condo and area to be one of our favorites. The host was amazing and so sweet!

Great views

We loved this condo so much that we didn't want to leave! It was clean and inviting with the best view of the beach. The pools were nice and not too crowded. It's a very short walk to the beach, too. Leslie was very nice and gave us some great local food spots to try out. She was spot on with her recommendations! We would book this condo again and again!

Nice condo Nice host

Spent a wonderful week at this condo in Orange Beach. It was very clean and well stocked with needed items. The entire experience was relaxing and fantastic. The host, Leslie, is a huge plus when renting this place. She checked in with us, but wasn't overbearing like some past hosts have been. Location was in the middle of everything. I spent a week in paradise and didn't want to leave.

Great weekend getaway

Our stay was way too short and we never wanted to have to leave! Immaculate condo with that WoW view were looking for. They took great care in what's provided in this rental. Easy access to everything OB has to offer. The balcony area offered a relaxing experience. The host, Leslie, was very nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back to book again at this nice condo!

Nice rental condo

We had a wonderful vacation in Orange Beach at the Pheonix VI. The condo was in a central location close to everything. It was clean and provided what we needed for our visit. The kitchen was well equpped for all meals. I liked that a covered parking spot was provided at no cost to us to use. The pool was clean and had nice seating. Leslie was a great host and offered to help with anything we needed.

Best hostess ever

Condo was super nice and clean for our stay. Good furniture that was comfortable. Stocked kitchen to prepare meals was a plus. We arrived too late to get groceries, so having coffee provided for an early morning sunrise watch, was very appreciated. We appreciated that the condo seemed very fresh and new bedding items. Leslie helped us plan fun things to do and a discount code for jet skis!! We had a blast! Top notch condo and host!!

Perfect vacay area

Excellent experience! Our condo was nicely maintained and spotless clean, believe me, my wife checks everything! It was stocked with all the necessities plus many extras provided by the host. The pool area was fun for the kids and very relaxing for adults. Steps away from the beach makes it very convenient. We loved the area and friendly people. Our host was amazing! Leslie was very sweet and helpful. She was quick to communicate and offer local suggestions on excursions and restaurants. This is a 100/10 for a vacation stay.

Great place to stay!

Very clean with awesome views of the ocean! Nice furnishings and a very well maintained condo. Big sxreen tvs in every room. Stocked with everything we needed plus many extras. Leslie was our local host and she was fantastic. She sent us to the best restaurants and boat charter services. She also surprised us a with breakfast basket on our first morning. My wife loved it all! We will be back next year!

Nice location. Condo needs a deep clean.

Nice condo. Beautiful beach. Convenient. Has nice pools and hot tubs. You can rent chairs, but the ones the condo provides all need repalaced. Under the beds were disgusting- pills, clothes, wrappers, dirt, etc. The whole condo needs a very deep clean. Furniture stained with spills and also needs cleaned.

Gorgeous ocean views

We arrived to a fresh clean condo that was well stocked and felt right at home. We enjoyed the snack basket and local coffees. Thoughtful treats were left for us to enjoy and that was much appreciated. Plenty of towels and good quality toilet paper!! Our favorites were watching sunrise and sunsets on the balcony!! Leslie was our host and she was truly amazing. I mentioned we had forget our beach towels, and within an hour she brought us 6 new ones!! Excellent customer service and communication from Leslie.

Beautiful beach condo

We have stayed at many of the Pheonix's for vacation throughout the years. This condo is one of the best we've had the pleasure of renting. It was very clean and the furnishings were modern and in great shape. I like to cook family meals and the kitchen had everything I need including a new set of top of the line cookware. The balcony had a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The coffee tray was also a nice touch. Our host, Leslie was the best we've had. When I asked about beach towels, she had them delivered within about an hour!! We are definitely going to include this condo in our next family vacation. Thanks for making it great!!
