Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement d'une chambre situé sur l'avenue Connaught, au cœur d'Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse ! Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, notre charmant logement allie praticité et confort.

Idéal pour les voyageurs seuls ou les couples, notre logement comprend une chambre confortable avec un lit queen size, une kitchenette bien équipée, un coin café et un salon douillet où vous pourrez vous détendre.

Le logement est situé au sous-sol de notre maison.

Il s’agit d’un logement d’une chambre comprenant un lit queen size, une télévision, un grand placard et beaucoup d’espace pour ranger vos affaires.

La cuisine est équipée d’un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, d’un micro-ondes, d’une plaque à induction, d’un mini-four et d’une friteuse à air chaud. Il y a un coin repas avec deux tabourets qui peut également servir d’espace de travail.

Le salon dispose d’un grand canapé, d’une télévision équipée d’un Amazon Firestick, et offre tout l’espace nécessaire pour vous détendre après une journée passée à découvrir Halifax !

Nous sommes situés à quelques pas de Quinpool Rd, à 5 minutes en voiture de l’université Dalhousie et à 8 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d’Halifax. Bien que l’emplacement soit idéal pour se déplacer à pied, vous disposez également d’un parking gratuit dans l’allée pouvant accueillir jusqu’à deux véhicules !

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is great for walking and so many places to eat and drink. It’s also a quick bus ride to the waterfront area or a walk if you’re adventurous and don’t mind the 25-30 minute walk. The place is quiet and comfortable and we had some great night’s sleep.

This ground level suite is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It is well located for travel by Halifax buses. Nearby Quinpool has a good range of shops and services. Parking was easy. We would stay again.

Great location and home base after visiting Halifax and surrounding areas. We had a car and it was short and convenient rides to everything. Condo was very well equipped with little things like salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towel saran wrap plus dishes and utensils. As well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Wonderful stay for my husband and I.

Emily's place was so much better than we expected. The apartment was a lot bigger and had all that we needed. For a basement apartment it was very bright and well laid out.Did not have laundry facilities but an great launderette a 5 minute walk away (Olympic Launderette).Many Thanks.Bev and Andy.

Cozy on Connaught is a great place to stay while in Halifax. The accommodation is as described in the write-ups. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of good restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in the area and in a lovely neighbourhood.

Wonderful visit

Great location for my trip and time of year - convenient to Dal campus and with lots of funky food and services a nice short walk away. Host very clear in communication and the accommodation was really well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely use again when I am in town for work on campus.

Great location, cozy apartment

My daughter and I stayed while in Halifax for a dance competition. The kitchen had what we needed, the bed was comfortable, and there is nice separation between the living room and bedroom. It was easy for her to go to bed early without me bothering her. We will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our short stay at your apartment. It was so clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for downtown. You thought of everything necessary Emily and we really appreciated the decaf coffee. My husband scratched his arm that would not stop bleeding and we were so happy to find the first aid kit. Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay.

Almost too good to be true!

This place was amazing. Extremely well organized, the hosts were kind and hospitable, and the location was right across from a bus stop and within walking distance to soo much good food. You know how some properties photoshop or touch up their photos? Not with this! Truly picture-perfect.

First, the apartment was in a very convenient part of Halifax for us to be able to enjoy a bunch of activities in downtown Halifax and beyond without having to drive too far or get into complicated traffic. Access to food stores and trendy little restaurants was great, a very pleasant old neighborhood to spend time in during the summer. For our purposes, the apartment was perfect, we were able to prepare meals there (mostly breakfasts) but all the kitchen tools and appliances were there. The shower was nicely laid out and worked well. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The atmosphere was very quiet, no street sounds at all. Parking was good. Some very minor "findings": finding regular cable channels on the TV wasn't achievable but a minor point, likely more related to our low level of understanding of some TV technology, and it should be made clear that access to the little driveway is only off Connaught coming one way, which makes it difficult to find the house once in the neighborhood, especially on a dark and rainy night after just getting off the flight.Overall, excellent property for those gone all day and needing a good base to get back to. Very clean. The host was helpful to all questions. We would definitely stay there again on a future return

We really enjoyed living in this Haligonian space for almost a week. Being able to move into different areas of the suite was great! In spite of being very HOT for a couple of days, it was cool downstairs and the host had a couple of standing fans to add if you wanted to make it cooler. We rarely heard the people upstairs and it was fairly central. It’s a quiet and quaint neighborhood and we hope to return next summer.
