Beautiful property! Perfect location!My daughter, 10 year-old grandson and I were visiting the area for the San Diego Zoo. This property is very close to the zoo in a lovley area.The home was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We were able to buy groceries, cook, do laundry and enjoy the comfortable living area - felt just like home. I highly recommend this property on your next visit to San Diego.The beds were extremely comfortable and the area was quiet and safe.

Our stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed the Tree House and the beautiful setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the treats and drinks! I would stay there on our next trip to San Diego as it’s located near everything!

What an amazing property! The home is spacious& the decor is upscale. Beds were very comfy. Family friendly. But such a delightful surprise to walk out on the back deck & feel like you are in a tropical paradise! Best location for our Zoo & Balboa Park adventures. All within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back ! This Property exceeded our expectations.

House itself was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the cleanliness, location in a nice neighborhood near the zoo and park, and the overall accommodations. The communication from the management company wasn’t great though. I requested an early check in and it was left “under review” and never replied to. It left us in limbo wondering if it was going to be allowed or not. Totally understand if early check-in wasn’t available, just would have been nice to know as we wanted to get in before my daughters nap.

Great location

Lovely home, well equipped and close to restaurants. Would note that it really only sleeps 4 people in bedrooms - the huge couch is big enough for 2, but not with any privacy.

Wonderfully Walkable

What a treat to stay in a place with all the amenities of home and not have to rent a car! The house was clean, peaceful, and within walking distance of so many local treasures. Perfect for small families. We had an incredible trip and look forward to our next visit to San Diego!

A very nice place

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights and it was a really good place. Everything is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was also calm and nice. We would come back again and definitely would recommend to anyone that wants a a nice to stay in San Diego!

A Piece of Paradise

The ultimate home away from home with everything we could have needed. Clean, clean , clean with the perfect location for wonderful places to explore and eat. A lovely backyard veranda full of squirrels, birds and foliage. Comfy beds and a very well appointed kitchen. We really recommend this place.

This is in the amazing place to stay in San Diego. It has great owners and it's in the middle of Balboa Park. The scenery of just the house is incredible. Every major attraction is very close and even in walking distance!!!! If you ever go to San Diego California choose the Hillcrest it's a great place to make memories. Fully equipped with everything your family needs And more.....we loved it and will go back....

A Definite MUST Stay

Gina and Efrain were superb hosts, and welcomed us into their lovely home for a month. The house was perfect for our family. The location is ideal, the neighborhood safe, and the house was comfortable and inviting. We will definite return when we are back in San Diego. I would highly recommend as they are the best hosts.

Very lovely home situated in a nice neighborhood with spectacular rear canyon views! The listing photos exactly reflect each room. Comfortable, Very convenient location

We loved being able to walk to the Zoo and Balboa Park. The home was well laid out and perfect for our family. The outdoor deck and garden below made a very nice area to relax, and we enjoyed the spacious Kitchen, Dining area and Living room. The bathtub plug was missing, and it was a bit annoying to have to strip the beds before leaving, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place to others.
