Delgado B-2: Just one block from Canyon Road!

This one-bedroom vacation rental has a private patio as well as a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, king-size bed, walk-in showers, and gas-burning fireplaces in both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with chef-grade appliances. The living room has a lovely view of the Atalaya Mountains and patio area as well as an Amazon Fire TV and enough seating for four people. The bedroom suite is very large with its own gas fireplace as well as a dresser and built-in closet. This space is perfect for a couple to stay for the weekend or even for several weeks! Only one blocks from Canyon Road and a ten-minute walk to the Plaza. Don't hesitate to ask us any questions!

***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.

Very easy check in, we loved the place, it was absoultely perfect! Kitchen was well appointed to cook, but make sure you have all your own everything- like salt and pepper. There was tea and coffee which were nice. The fireplaces were awesome and cozy! The bed and bedding were heavenly. Bathroom was so nice too, shower is hot and great.

Fantastic location, immaculate stay

Beautiful property, absolutely immaculate with kitchenaid appliances for all your cooking needs. Great location with an easy walk to the plaza. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at a property run by this company again. It was a superb experience and everything was seemless.

The complex is close to all of the fun things Santa Fe offers, restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has easy walking access for morning or evening hikes. What a great place to spend time while visiting Santa Fe! Spacious, bright and airy, this residence is very close to downtown. It is very well appointed—two fireplaces, AC, a gorgeous kitchen., a large bedroom with storage space galore. The setting is tranquil and inviting.

Location and also Really Nice

Short walk from Canyon Road and really only about 15-minute walk from the O’ Keef Museum on the other side of the central area. Yes the lawn watering at 5:30 PM each day that hit the patio furniture and required moving the cushions each day and asking and receiving a lighter blanket because the AC will only cool to 68 and a down comforter is rather heavy in May were a minor drawbacks, but really very minor. We will stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property in Santa Fe. I found the process of searching for and reserving our property to be easy and efficient. The property was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and had the extra touches that made the stay even less stressful (i.e., coffee, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for the washer). In addition, Sydney (the local contact) was pleasant to work with and very responsive in answering any of our questions, as needed.

Perfect location

The location of this property was perfect- it was right next to Canyon Road and everything else in Santa Fe was within a 15 minute walk. Parking is convenient and the place is cute. My only complaint is that there were a bit of webs and bugs/spiders inside. They probably need to do a deep clean of the corners and the ceiling. In all, I would definitely stay here again!

Just wonderful.

Just wonderful. So so comfortable and completely outfitted. Only discovered some items as we were packing up to leave. Wish we had known about the music speaker. The only item I would suggest, if possible, an outdoor grill. Staff excellent. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Truly enjoyable. Perfect space to quarantine in. Looking forward to our next trip to Santa Fe and renting this space again or trying out one of your other properties. Great space for 2 people, first thought it might be a little small but the layout was really perfect for us. Quality furnishings, clean, and well equipped. AdobeStar makes the reservations easy, great communication, responds quickly and everyone we corresponded with or talked to seemed to love what they do. Honestly every time we come to Santa Fe and are staying more than one night we will rent from y’all.

We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend that you have a portable fan available. I would also recommend a basket for used towels and liquid hand soap at each sink. Due to COVID. We appreciated taking an extra hour to leave,which we were surprised. It would have been nice not to have to waste/kill time waiting until 4 pm to get into the unit,seems like you could be a little more flexible if the unit is ready,(ours was)we understand about all the construction going on,it didn't bother us. It was wonderful meeting Sydney,Jacob & Andy your crew really goes out of your way to help with any little detail about the units. Thank you Sydney for taking the time to show us the Lincoln Properties and Jacob for showing us the Sunflower Properties - you guys are the best - we would like to come back!
