Condo was very clean and easy to find and very close to the beach. Was nice just to be able to just walk and enjoy the beach. Looking forward to going back.

Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.

Great stay minus check in

The condo itself was great, had everything we needed. The Tiki Property and staff were lovely. Check in had issues. First it's very inconvenient that you have to check in at a completely separate property (La Copa Resort). Then when we arrived at the Tiki, our reservation wasn't there (La Copa Vacations never sent over any of the reservation information). We spent over an hour just trying to check in to the room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our condo and found it to be well-equipped for your needs. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the check-in process. It's disappointing to hear that our procedures did not meet your expectations, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. Your feedback regarding the check-in process at La Copa Resort and the lack of reservation information forwarded by us has been duly noted. We are currently implementing new check-in procedures to allow guests to bypass La Copa Inn check-in and proceed directly to Tiki Property, ensuring a smoother and more convenient experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this matter. Should you choose to stay with us again, we will do our utmost to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Okay

I didn’t like the fact you can’t have visitors coming from far to go to another condo where they do except visitors to go to the beach. Didn’t stay all day only to sleepy.

Tiki 223

The overall condo deal was a great overall deal. Please don’t increase the price. The beach is a close to 223. The manager at La Copa in was very nice to give us extra towels, no questions asked. My feedback is to have an office for check-in/ checkout service a little closer instead of driving all the way to La Copa Inn. We had to drive a little to get our breakfast from at La Copa. The bathroom floor was always wet and we did not know from what, I killed 2 roaches. I think this is it. Thanks for the good deal.

Nice

The place was comfortable and clean with an updated bathroom and nice TVs in the living room and bedroom. The pool right outside the unit and the nearby beach seemed convenient, though I didn't visit them due to bad weather.

Relaxed, Family Friendly Beach Condo

Easy Check-in, great family and pet friendly condos. It is a bit aged but well maintained. The price is quite reasonable for the amenities provided. The beach is within 50 yards of the property. Umbrella and loungers are available for daily rental. At the beach.

Late check in

The late check in process was vague but we muddled through it, it just needs to be a little more clear. Thank you for a wonderful stay it exceeded my expectations
