Fore Dek is a stylish renovated three-bedroom second floor apartment with water views and direct access to the beach.
Recently renovated throughout with a cozy living and dining area with a split system air conditioner, large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and access to balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and coffee machine.
The unit has three bedrooms, all with a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan in each with linen and bed making provided.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and access to a balcony.
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Car parking for two vehicles.
Rick Stein Bannisters restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are only a quick 2-minute drive away. Across the road to the tennis courts, cafe and shops and two minutes’ walk to Soldiers Point boat ramp and Soldiers Point Marina.
