Welcome to our private 2-story home on the North of Buffalo with stunning Riverside view! This stylish home comfortably fits large groups with 12 beds, 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas, 1 crib and 1 pack-N-Play and ample free parkings. Comfortably fits 19 people plus 2 infants.

This property has 2 apartments that can be rented separately or as one unit for your large group. We offer a game room on site with Arcade Game machine, Air Hockey table & Footsball table.

Minutes to Hwy 190. Short drive to Airport, Niagara Falls, DT, Wegmans, Shopping, Bills, Golf, etc.

Welcome to our meticulously restored 120-year-old Victorian house, a rare gem that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern elegance. Our space features:

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had a family of 18. The was great for us, and was so close to Niagara for us. With it being an older home, I understand what comes with that. I would suggest packing power strips or extension cords as most of the rooms have 1 outlet. Cindy was so kind and very attentive and so quick with responses.

I would have to say that Cindy was definitely the best communicator that I have worked with on VRBO. The house was large enough to accommodate my large family and a quick commute to all of our vacation destinations!

The house was very spacious and unique. The house instructions were clear and easy to follow. We did not have to do much clean up compared to other houses we’ve rented which was a nice surprise. This was the perfect area to stay to see Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

We stayed at this house near the end of June and had a great stay. Cindy was an absolute fantastic host and was quick to respond when things came up. We had a large group, so we had both units. We had an issue come up with the first floor bathtub and she was great about getting someone out to fix it that day. Pros: Spacious floor plans, FANTASTIC communication from the host, cute and yummy little ice cream shop right at the corner, super easy drive to Niagara falls (do the Maids of the mist tour, so fun). Nice walking trail right across the road at the park. The basement was an added bonus for the kids to hang out in. Cons: Parking was way too tight for most of our vehicles to fit down the side driveway (2 vans, 1 SUV 1 sedan). The front steps are kinda steep with not a great railing (we had a few people who had troubles getting in and a sturdy railing would've been helpful). Not very large pans in the kitchen for cooking.Overall, we had a great trip.

Family Trip for graduation

We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were in each of their bedrooms. Definitely recommend if you have a large group needing a comfortable place to stay.
