Condo was exactly as described. Bathrooms looked recently updated and kitchen was well stocked. It was Just a short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a bike/walking trail just across the main road.

Great location to all of the island! Beach supplies, walkable to beach, close to shops and restauran

Would recommend and / or stay there again. Not a 5?star but very convenient for my husband and myself I price and location. A plus having 2 full bathrooms and very convenient parking.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this condo. Everything was exactly as described, and the Tricketts are great to work with. Amelia Island is a beautiful place to vacation. I would highly recommend the island and this condo!!

Started out with a blip but the owner corrected it immediately. A great place to stay…wonderful spot near the beach. Nice break from the winter in the Northeast.

Relaxing quiet condo community

Amelia Island / FB great place to visit. Nice beaches-- short walk from condo. Great bicycling town. Great food, nice people. Will definitely visit again. 9A was a nice first floor unit.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was clean, cozy, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. If you are looking for an affordable place to relax and enjoy a little downtime then this is the place. Lori was a pleasure to book with and check-in was a breeze.

Fun and Relaxation on Amelia Island Florida

This beautiful and comfy condo is located back in a quiet complex, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a community pool for the complex, tennis courts, and a pond for fishing. Would highly recommend and hope to rent it again on our next trip!
