PROPERTY FEATURES:

Waterfront: Eastern Chesapeake Bay
Dock: Private dock with 130 ft of shoreline, 4.6 ft MLW with electric at dock but no water. Guests are not permitted to tie a boat to the dock.
Water Toys: 4 Kayaks, and crabbing gear available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Pool: Private pool. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels.
Hot Tub: New Hot Tub available for guest use late June 2026.
Land Toys: Corn hole is available for guest use.
Grill: Charcoal grill. Charcoal is provided.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Stevensville on Kent Island. The water view was truly stunning, and the surrounding area was gorgeous and so peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed.The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It really felt like a home away from home. The fenced-in yard was an added bonus and was absolutely perfect for our little dog.We also loved exploring the area. We spent a day at Love Point Vineyards, which was beautiful and right on the water, and their rosé was delicious! We took day trips to both Annapolis and St. Michaels, making this a wonderful location for enjoying everything the Eastern Shore has to offer while still having a peaceful place to come back to.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The beautiful home, incredible water views, cleanliness, comfort, and wonderful location made it easy to truly unwind and enjoy our time together. We would absolutely love to return!

This place was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful home, everything was well done. The location was amazing and we had the best time. Pool was just the right size for the kids we were able to take our dogs, the pier was awesome for fishing just everything too shelf. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day that was available. Will definitely consider renting here next year. We loved it.

A weekend getaway

We had a fantastic long weekend at this charming house on the Chesapeake Bay. The property was perfect for our small family, including our almost 2-year-old and our dog. The house was spacious yet cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and an enclosed yard for our child to play and our dog to roam. The nearby waterfront offered beautiful views, making it easy to entertain our little one and enjoy some relaxing moments. The peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend it for a family getaway!

Beautiful home with fantastic views. Very comfortable for our family of 5 and pooch. Kitchen was modern and well stocked with many appliances, spices and dish ware. Very much enjoyed the pool and kayaks, and appreciated the fenced in yard for our Lilo. VERY prompt responses via text from the rental company, ESVR. Thank you!!! **I would advise you to add the nearby paved bike/walking path to your listing…if we had known, we would’ve brought bikes along!
