Dahlia Estate is composed by a 14th Century Hamlet and a farm that produces
excellent quality IGP olive oil. It is ideally situated few kilometers south of Florence right next to the heart of Chianti’s countryside where you can experience the relaxing atmosphere of the Tuscany, as well as the truly historical city of Florence.
urrounded by the famous rolling green hills lined with cypresses and embraced by 30 acres of vineyards, olive groves, forest and a lake, Dahlia Estate, with its magnificent position overlooking Florence, is a true postcard image of Tuscany. The Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of Florence and its Cathedral by many rooms and gardens.
Dahlia Estate features 2 outdoors swimming pools a Wellness Area composed of jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, treatment room and mini-gym, the Restaurant “La Bottega” with its own organic vegetable garden and the “Pool Bar”.

distributed in 5 Villas:

La Villa: 5 king size bedded rooms
La Limonaia: 1 king size bed room
La Fattoria: 4 Rooms (2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed, 1 single room)
La Bottega: 2 king size beds rooms
Il Frantoio: 3 Rooms (2 king sized beds, 1 single room)
Il Frantoio Dependance: 1 king size bed room
Lo Studio: 4 Rooms (3 king size rooms and 1 single room)

For the last minute reservations that comes 7-10 days prior to check-in date we agreed that client is free to book the villa by rooms (not the whole property). Otherwise whole property must be booked at the same time.
