Great place to stay on the quiet side of the island! Everything was very organized and clean. The check in with Anj was a breeze. The snorkeling behind the house was as good as anywhere we found on the island! Tons of reef fish, turtles every day, eagle rays,nurse sharks, reef squid, queen angels, we saw it all. If your a good swimmer, go around the corner to north haulover and up the west shore of the bay toward blinders rocks, best reef ever over there! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Peaceful and Gorgeous!

We loved staying here. Unbelievable snorkeling directly in front of the house--we saw turtles, rays, cuttle fish, blue tang, and more--like swimming in an aquarium. Absolutely would stay again. Host very welcoming and supportive.

Fantastic Stay on East End

Linda was lovely to work with and the house is fantastic. Was a perfect home base for our family and has everything on site to be a destination in of itself. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our week at Pebble Cove! The house is beautiful and the little beach is perfect for snorkeling, relaxing and taking in the amazing views of St. John. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Views

People Cove was set in a perfect location with fantastic views. We spent every evening on the patio enjoying the views. The snorkeling right in front of the house was also a plus.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We used the outdoor grill twice and it worked beautifully. The refrigerator had plenty of room. The dining areas were wonderful. We ate on the porch overlooking the ocean, unless the breeze was a littletoo strong. Then we ate at the indoor dining area. The gardens were beautiful around the house and the driveway was very easy to park in. We didn’t need to use the air conditioner six out of seven days due to the wonderful breeze and perfect temperatures. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location. Spectacular setting!!

Linda’s place is incredibly well situated for fantastic snorkeling and convenient to restaurants in coral bay. Beautiful views from the main floor and wrap around deck. Great outdoor shower for rinsing off after your snorkel adventures right off the private beach in front.

Absolutely Stunning!!

This was the most beautiful place we have seen. The views, sunsets, and snorkeling were unrivaled on the island and the villa provided a comfortable home away from home with incredible charm and everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our stay. Linda and Anj were perfect hosts - providing helpful information and responding quickly. Hoping to make it back there again!

Above and beyond!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Pebble Cove! The location was fabulous as was Linda! She went above and beyond as our hostess! The house was fantastic and we really enjoyed the serene location. The island itself was absolutely stunning.

Amazing property to enjoy STJ! Some of the best snorkeling on the island right at the beach. Amazing views. Host was an amazing. Great communicator and kind. We had some weather hicups and was completely accommodating. Neighbors are very kind. All photos taken from the property.

Great house - perfect location

This was our 2nd time staying at Pebble Cove. Communication was great with Linda before and during our stay. Our family loves the quiet East End location and we spent most of our time at the house, the beaches down the road, and Coral Bay for dining and groceries. The best snorkeling is right in front and along the reef - we enjoyed the convenience and diversity of sea life. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful! Best Snorkeling on the island!

Linda made everything so easy. She was great to communicate with and had wonderful tips for visiting. We had some issues with our travel and Linda was totally accommodating to our needs. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own place to stay. Views Ames snorkeling were top notch. This is the place to stay! We hope to be back soon!

Breathtaking

We have been coming to St. John for over 30 years and our stay at Pebble Cove was by far the most relaxing and the location...absolutely breathtaking...just the best! Almost 180 degree view of the ocean was like nothing we've ever seen, and never failed to awe no matter how many times we entered that space. Enjoyed our week kayaking and snorkeling right from the beach and hiked the Brown Bay trail. Hosts were amazing and the villa was absolutely spotless.

Gorgeous and peaceful

Our visit to Pebble Cove checked all our boxes and then some! Remote and private, yet just a 10 min drive to Coral Bay. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved that it is eco friendly with water conservation/ repurposing system. Linda was easy to communicate with and we knew we could call her anytime. She gave us several great recommendations to help us enjoy our visit. The snorkeling from the beach was fabulous. If you are looking for a retreat with full amenities, yet fully immersed in nature and beauty, this is it.

Great location and host

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the house and were met by Linda for a smooth entrance and welcome into the house. The views are amazing! The 3 rooms are on different levels and private. Top floor master of course is the best. Loved our access to the rocky beach. East end is a great location for nearby snorkeling, and day trips to other beaches. We did Salt Pond and Leinster Bay and Haulover along with Hanson Beach and even paddled to Long Beach. It was a great location and quiet. Enjoyed a few dinners out in Coral Bay. But mostly cooked at home. loved our stay and Linda was very communicative and helpful.

A Stunning and Quiet Location on the East End!!

The photos in this listing really do not do this place justice! If you’ve ever been to Saint John, this location is even more beautiful and secluded than the beaches and parts of the island near Cruz Bay. While the roads are a bit windy to get there from the ferry, it’s worth it to have an entire house and private beach all to yourself! Our deck overlooking the ocean was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We snorkeled every day in Haulover Bay and around our private beach and it was some of the best sea life on the entire island! A very unique house that is worth the stay! Not to mention Linda’s communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back. 10/10!

Amazing snorkling location

Our family of 5 (40, 40, 6, 11, 81) had a great time. The villa looks even better than pictures. The rooms have separate entrances which required some getting used to, but we settled fine. Mom (81) managed stairs down to the beach very well (good rails!). We saw almost all types fish listed in the guide kindly provided by the host, as well as octopus, squid and turtles! Later in the evening I saw small reef sharks and a huge nurse shark which was so majestic! We went to a few other beaches but the reef in front of this house was the best by far. You could also swim really far along the shore both ways to a neighboring reef. Kids also enjoyed watching various wild life outside: iguanas, gekkos, frogs, hermit crabs.The views from the balconies were stunning. Would love to return.

Beautiful house and a great location

We had such a great time at this house and Linda was an amazing hostess. The communication was excellent and she was very helpful with any need that arose. The location of the home is almost as far east on the island as you can get and is remote, and this was one of may favorite parts. It is a true getaway and provides the perfect opportunity to disconnect. The house itself is beautiful with gorgeous stonework and sweeping views from every deck. I loved how the house sat up on the cliff, but also had the private beach access. It is a bird's eye view but you're close enough to the water to hear the waves from the master bedroom. It was the best of both worlds. It does take some effort getting up and down to the beach but well worth it when you do. The snorkeling was a lot of fun and we simply ran out of time to explore it all. I can't wait to come back to see more of what this special place had to offer. Thanks to Linda for a wonderful stay!

Get away from it all on St John

My family of 5 stayed for a week at Pebble Cove in July. We found everything to be as advertised and so much more. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we cooked often at the villa. We enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings and snorkeling in the afternoons right next to the pebble beach. The beach was good for finding shells, too. Also, if you like tropical flora, the property has many different kinds of flowers and interesting plants. The owners were very responsive to questions and oriented us to the home and the surrounding area. The drive to the East End of the island can best be described as a roller coaster so we rented a Jeep to get us around but we mostly stayed in the Coral Bay area. We saw donkeys along the way all the time. The kids loved that! The rooms/beds were all very comfortable. All but the master bedroom have external entrances only, which was a bit of an adjustment with the kids but we figured it out. For those who like Virgin Island history, we found many local area writers and books available to read in the villa, including guidebooks to the area, which definitely enriched our trip and our knowledge. The views every morning from the deck can not be described in words or photos. You will just have to see it for yourself. We highly recommend this villa.
