Three bedroom, two bath first floor triplex rental -steps from the beach on Isle of Palms. This vacation rental is located across the street from a beach access path, and is perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more!

This lower level unit of a triplex features easy access (just a couple steps onto front entry deck), an updated kitchen, charcoal grill, Smart flat-screen TVs for streaming only (no cable). Wireless internet, washer and dryer, a patio in back of home, and an outdoor shower (shared between upper unit and apartment C). Perfect for small families or couples looking for affordable accommodations with updates, and close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Vehicle Capacity: 2 (Public Parking shared in front of house or along Palm Blvd, do not block sidewalk)

The three bedroom, two bath upstairs unit is also offered as a rental and may be rented together with the downstairs unit for a total of six bedrooms and four baths, pending availability (see Palm Blvd 2605 Up and ask Island Realty vacation planner). The one bedroom, one bath Apartment of the triplex may also be rented with the downstairs unit, pending availability (ask vacation planner or see Palm Blvd 2605 Apartment C) for a total of four bedrooms and three baths.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/24 to 8/17/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.**

House was dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was not kept up well. It was dirty and there were bugs. Very disappointing, and parking instructions were incorrect and we got a ticket.

Good value, close beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, close to beach access, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, decent furniture. Could use a little TLC in bathrooms (trim and doors were in need of paint and a little repair). Overall, it was acceptable to our family. You can definitely hear the renters upstairs walking around, but it didn't really bother us. I would rent again.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful! It had plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed! It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and it wasn’t a crowded area at all! The parking situation was the only downfall but we spoke with the owner and they are working on fixing that! Overall we had a great stay and would return!

Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very conveniently located for beach access. No designated parking so we had trouble at times finding parking within a few blocks. The house was definitely showing its age and you could hear every little movement from the upstairs neighbors. We were there for the beach however and not the house. It was a very memorable and fun filled trip for our entire family and the house served its purpose. We would stay there again. Property managers were great to work with.
