Condo Nightmare
We have travelled the world and can say that this is the absolute worst condo we have ever rented. Vacasa property management had a write up that advertised this condo was a “sophisticated, full kitchen” condo. The first thing that hit us when we entered was the foul moldy mildew smell. Then when we entered the kitchen and saw the cupboard door off the hinges propped up against the refrigerator we were shocked. We looked beneath the sink and there were five large empty water bottles crammed into the space. When we removed them there was thick black mold and a very strong odour. In the bedroom, there was black mould growing down the wall from the air conditioner. Strictly for health reasons no one should live in this condo until there is a full renovation. There was absolutely NO utensils for cooking . After many emails and phone calls we received new utensils on day three. Broken lighting, collapsed couch cushions add to the list of complaints.
In conclusion shame on you Vacasa and Vrbo for knowingly listing this dump of a condo and shame on you the slumlords that own this condo. You can’t honestly tell us you are not aware of what condition your condo is in. The right thing in this situation is refund our money.
