Welcome to ‘Vista Del Mar’, located on the grand Seaside Avenue just steps to downtown Seaside and a short walk to the beach! New to our program and freshly updated, this grand Seaside Avenue home offers its guests an enchanting vacation experience in a prime Seaside location.
You’ll know you’ve arrived at your destination when you spy a large, inviting front open air furnished porch that overlooks Seaside Avenue, featuring multiple outdoor lounge areas and a swing overlooking a very private large fenced in yard. Step inside the front doors and into the first level to find an open living area to your right, featuring a flatscreen TV and slipcover seating, ideally situated next to a fully equipped, renovated coastal-style kitchen. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, a large subzero fridge and a bar seating area for two from the living room. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room which comfortably seats six that has access to the rear screened in porch that features outdoor dining with a large picnic table perfect for dining al fresco. Off the rear of the home is a charcoal grill perfect for grilling out. On the first floor is the first bedroom, a king bedroom with a private full bath. There is a second bonus living area with plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in, and this living room has access as well to the peaceful back porch that overlooks the backyard.
On the second floor of this cottage you will find three more bedrooms and another expansive open air porch that runs the length of the home. The second bedroom is a large king master suite with a private master bathroom featuring dual vanities, a glass enclosed walk in shower and a soaker tub. The true gem is the private open-air balcony with a swing and outdoor bistro seating for two, perfect for an evening glass of wine. This tower extends up a spiral staircase to the top and third level of this tower featuring a hammock and the most incredible 360-degree panoramic views of Seaside, the gulf, and incredible sunsets. The third bedroom is a queen with a private bath with access to the expansive furnished front porch. The fourth bedroom offers two twins with a private bath and access to the open-air front porch. The large front porch off the two bedrooms features Adirondack seating, a swing, and outdoor dining for four all overlooking a private front yard and Seaside Avenue.

Vista Del Mar on Seaside Avenue is a Seaside family favorite just steps to downtown and the beach. For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Carriage House, may also be rented.
* Pet friendly. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $275 pet fee. Pet will not be allowed on furniture and must be cleaned before entering home.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 nights Fall; 2 nights Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
