Enjoy the privacy and natural beauty of the surrounding native plants and wildlife, with easy access to the Pedernales river just beyond the property's gate. The perfect place for a morning walk or a relaxing soak in the hot tub on your private deck. Custom window coverings and original art throughout the house add a unique touch of elegance.

Amazing

It was small and cozy. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. In the evenings you can relax in hot tub and see the deer. Our last night there, a herd of deer were walking through as we relaxed in hottub. There were not spooked by us outside and stayed long enough to eat and let the fawns played. This is just what we needed to enjoy the surroundings. Will book again.

I have no complaints! This is an amazing property to stay at, super private and very clean. The views are breathtaking and it is extremely peaceful.

Beautiful place!

Let’s start with the only downside….the hot water. Shower would turn ice cold within 1-2mintues. I did inform them and they are on it though. Place is gorgeous! Perfect location to enjoy the stars and watch the deer. Looking for a couples getaway this is the place to do it. Hands down would stay all over again.

Short and sweet

Being at the end of the property it was very private. The dwelling was very clean. We had a family of deer feeding within a few hundred feet each day. We were close to Fredericksburg and just a few mins. to several nice wineries. We had a good time.
