This bayfront renovated 2 bedroom / 1 bath home is the perfect peaceful getaway on the water, also just a few blocks from the dog-friendly Gulf beaches of Ft Morgan. Enjoy views for miles on the large balcony over a sandy yard and wraparound walkway on the seawall. Watch the birds, and the fish jump or fish directly from the home. You will fall in love and be relaxed from the moment you arrive!

This single family home sits right on the water and has "old cottage" charm in its new renovations. The rooms are quite large. The main floor offers the full kitchen and living area, with two King bedrooms and a full bath. The property can sleep 4 people comfortably. The couch on the main level is large and comfy and could also be a sleeping area for children. Dogs must be on reservation.

a perfect place to stay!

We loved the location being right on the water. We could fish in the back yard. We caught several fish but they were mainly on the smaller side. We loved watching the men check the oyster traps in the mornings and loved that we could Kayak right from our tiny personal little beach. We loved the wrap around deck. There was a constant breeze which would feel good in the warmer months. We could walk to the beach which was about a mile away. The house was set up nice and had everything you could possibly need. Every drawer and cabinet had something in it. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were a little on the high side which might not work for some people. There was a storage room down below with a wagon, chairs, sand toys, 2 kayaks, just about anything you would need. You can tell someone lives here part of the time and it feels like home. There were (4) smart tvs to enjoy. I would love to come back here one day. There are a couple restaurants close by but we drove 30 minutes away several times to eat out at different places. The beach in Fort Morgan is great. We went walking every morning and found lots of shells. My dog could walk with us on that beach as well (park in at the entrance to Ft. Morgan and enter the beach by the fishing pier). I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Hideaway from the Crowds

I loved everything about this house. It's location was exactly what I wanted - walk out the door to the sand and water. Nice boardwalk that I could fish from. Low traffic area with just a few others houses. A large sandy area for my grandbabies / pups to run around and play while I layed in the one of the hammocks on the lower level. My favorite spot was the HUGE porch on the upper level. With lounge chairs to stretch out in, I watched the fish jump, boats drift by and the sun rise/set. There is a lovely outdoor dining table with very comfortable chairs so we had some of our meals outside and enjoyed the view along with the light breeze. It was the best equipped lodging that I have ever seen. It even had diapers and baby wipes for my grandbabies who stayed a couple of nights with me. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. There was even a portable step so that shorties like me can easily get into bed. And the indoor table was set up so that you could view the bay while eating. PERFECT! Our host, Chad Harris, made sure that we had everything we needed including information about the area. He was attentive without being annoying, answering my questions immediately. He was so helpful and had a great attitude when dealing with me. We will definitely be back!

Awesome house for a Family vacation w your fur babies!

Fully stocked house just show up with your family or friends AND fur babies!!! This house is GREAT for a family vacation! The extra downstairs bedroom was convieient w a family of 5 with Adult children. The bay location was amazing. We fished & crabbed played fetch w our dogs in the sand. Used both grills to cook our catch of the day. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans even had dishwasher pods! They even supplied a doggie gate to keep your pups (or kids) up on the porch 😱!!! Super clean place. We rented a golf cart and it was about 5 min to the gulf side. Quiet and pretty beach but if you want more activities it’s only about 20/30 min to the Gulf Shores area. If you have an issue the management company responds quickly and efficiently! The best compliment (I think) is we are already in touch to rent it AGAIN summer 2024!!!

Great location with Beautiful Views of the bay

Great location with beautiful sunrises and sunsets and Great spot for fishing with gulf beach access within walking distance a crossed the highway. Large back and side deck where we viewed dolphins almost every afternoon with some coming up pretty close. Plenty of Room for everyone inside. We’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.
