Il fienile è il più caratteristico dei nostri cottage con angolo cottura. Occupando l'estremità occidentale della fattoria, questo delizioso alloggio con angolo cottura è stato ricavato dal vecchio fienile. Al piano terra c'è una camera da letto king-size, un lussuoso bagno con doccia e vasca e una zona soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo a volta a pianta aperta per il posto 6. Il fienile dispone di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, elegante televisione con lettore DVD, radio CD, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, ampio divano con divano letto king-size integrato, stufa a legna e vetrata The Diana Dors *. Il soppalco con soppalco contiene un letto king-size, in alternativa sono disponibili 2 letti singoli. Una serie di portefinestre vetrate conducono ad un piccolo giardino e area di calpestio, con mobili da giardino, ideale per mangiare all'aperto, tempo permettendo.

Si prega di notare che i prezzi indicati sono per un massimo di 4 persone che dormono nelle 2 camere matrimoniali, il divano letto può essere aggiunto per ospitare altre 2 persone con un supplemento di £ 30 a notte. Highly Recommended

Located off the beaten track but central for many trips around West Sussex. This is our second year this time staying in The Barn which was just at beautifully kept as The Garden Room which we were in last year. We spent a lovely sunny week here with our friends from "The North" who had never been to The South Downs before and loved it. Jo, the owner is so welcoming, the cottages are immaculately kept, very comfortable beds with top quality linen and towels. Each cottage benefits from it's own private outdoor space and there is plenty of car parking. There's lots to see and do in this outstanding area all within easy reach. We enjoyed a second trip to Arundel castle, a visit to Brighton, some stunning walks around both sides of the estuary and a stroll around Chichester itself which is only a 10 minute drive away (a pie from Turners Pie shop is a must). The Gribble Inn just a short trip down the road at Oving serves its own Real Ale and good food. I would thoroughly recommend Flintstone cottages and we look forward to returning next year!

Very relaxing!

We stayed for 5 nights over the August Bank Holiday weekend. The Barn is in a fantastic position with a huge deck and a private lawn. Our dog loved it. The bed was very comfortable and the living accommodation was also comfortable and spacious. We had wonderful weather and had planned on having long lovely days in the sun which we did. It is South facing so we had the sun all day. My only comment would be that we would have liked to have had some reclining chairs or sunbeds given the class of the accommodation. There was a nice wooden table and chairs on the deck but nothing you could lie on to just relax and soak up the rays. Steve, who seems to do most of the cleaning, gardening etc was brilliant and was always there with advice or a helping hand when you needed it. The rooms were spotless and well looked after. All in all we had a fantastic time and definitely recharged our batteries!

Perfect for our short break in the Chichester area

A pleasant well equipped cottage, a very friendly welcome from our hosts and an ideal location a few miles from the many attractions in Chichester and the harbour area. Couldn't be better.

Beautiful with a lot of character

the barn is beautiful. I stayed here for my sisters hen weekend. It has a lot of character. It was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Flintstone Cottages are a collection of 5 luxury self-catering holiday cottage rentals, that are light, airy and modern, located only 4 miles from Chichester and 5 miles from Goodwood in Sussex.

These self-catering holiday lets have been converted to a very high standard, mainly from the out buildings of the Victorian Flint knapped Sussex Farmhouse, creating:
1 bed cottage (sleeps 2-4)
2 bed loft (sleeps 4-6)2 bed barn (sleeps 4-6)
3 bed cottage (sleeps 6-8)
3 bed lodge (sleeps 6-8) which is a newly purpose built construction

With: Open Barn style parking is available adjacent to the cottages.
The cottages are very secure and private being half a mile down a remote farm track; yet very close to Chichester and the surrounding amenities and attractions.

For those of you who enjoy cycling and other sporting activities a lock up barn is available to house bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards etc.

The 5 holiday cottages combined offer beds to sleep a total of 22 guests. In addition, each self-catering rental provides a sofa bed, which would be ideal for an additional couple or children, by utilising these, sleeping accommodation can be provided for a maximum of 32 guests with single bed options available in the cottages with king beds.
