A modern four-bedroom home located in the gated community of Kiwanda Shores. As you walk through this beautifully furnished spacious home you will find hardwood flooring throughout, flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a fun game room with an arcade full of game options and an air hockey table, and a hot tub to soak in.

Designed with families in mind the home offers both two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and living space both upstairs and downstairs. You'll find kids' toys and games throughout the home as well as a pack-n-play and high chairs for your little ones. Your dogs are also welcome, a dog bed and kennel are provided.

The home's convenient location is just a short two-minute walk to the beach, and a quick five-minute walk to the Pelican Pub and Brewery. Book a stay in this custom home with all you’ll need for fabulous, memorable times with your beloveds on the Central Coast!

Ok, but really needs some updates

This home is in a nice neighborhood within short walking distance to the beautiful Kiwanda beach. However, the home did not clean. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the dining table had a sticky surface feel. We had to un clog the kitchen sink that apparently had a beer bottle cap stuck in the disposal (not ours). We were given one very small sponge for the 4 days/3 night stay to clean the kitchen after use. No dish rags at all. The bunk bed downstair immediately broke when sat on. The property management did come next day to repair the bed, but the frame of the trundle was still very loose. This home really needs an overall update. Just an ok stay for a place that could be GREAT.

Great place to stay

You can’t see the ocean from the house but you can hear it and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Great space to gather for families. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms. Great to have adult time upstairs and kid chaos downstairs, but still have space to all eat together.

Great house for two families to share

Our family stayed with another family for a few days and had a great stay. The house is designed perfectly for two families to share. We enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade game. We were bummed out that we couldn’t use the air hockey, Wii, or X Box. The air hockey was missing a paddle, and the controllers for the games were missing batteries. The property managers were responsive and offered to replace the batteries when we alerted them, and they said they would reach out to housekeeping about the air hockey paddle, but it was never found. We really wish there had been beach towels too. Other than the games and lack of beach towels, the place was great. It’s close to the beach and a nice house.
