Fabulous stay!

The apartment was stylish, had everthing we needed and the location was perfect. We appreciated the a/c as the weather was very hot. Definitely recommended!

Apartment Isidoro

The location for the apartment was ideal! The Real Alcázar and Cathedral of Sevilla are a 7 minute walk from the flat which is nestled in a beautiful part of the city. Shopping and restaurants abound in the area, yet the apartment is extremely quiet and private.

A gorgeous home with shared roof space and gorgeous views. Marta was able to answer all questions and was really flexible with our timing changes for check in. Perfect location

Gorgeous apartment in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great location in Sevilla. Pictures are accurate and the unit is very clean, modern, and well-appointed. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. One thing to note: The courtyard is quite noisy and echoes if there are people speaking loudly in the common area or dogs are barking, so be prepared for this.

Top quality apartment in excellent location with everything you could need.

I love the fact there was everything we needed and more. We forgot to ask for a crib but when we asked if it was possible, we were immediately given one. Top customer service! Everything was perfect!

Very pleased

Property was exactly like pictures. Host showed up on time and it was quick intro, tours and here’s the keys. Property is located in an ideal area. Short walk to Cathedral, Royal Alcazar in the one direction and short walk to the Parasol in the other direction. It is Sevilla…..so you will happen upon tons of restaurants the moment you leave the apartment in almost all directions. Car park is also close and was easy to get into and out of and into and out of the city. The building is older, full of Spanish charm. Would recommend unless you are the Ritz Carleton type.

Todo perfecto. El piso es precioso, decorado y amueblado con mucho gusto, y tiene todos los detalles. En edificio histórico muy tranquilo. Trato personalizado, nada de candados con la llave o claves online para abrir. Tienes todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, monumentos...). Sin duda, si vienes a Sevilla es la mejor opción.

Todo!! La atención de Marta. La ubicación del edificio, el apartamento muy funcional tal como muestran las fotos. Y lo mejor de todo es que estando en el centro de Sevilla se descansa perfectamente. No dudaré en volver!! Me ha parecido raro que no hubiesen servilletas de papel.

Todo: situación, limpieza, servicios, etc... La verdad que no hay mucho que mejorar porque todo está genial. Por apuntar algo solo decir que he echado de menos un espejo de aumento en el cuarto de baño.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Seville

Very well located apartment in the centre of Seville! Very good beds, well equiped kitchen and all is nicely decorated. The house is in a quiet street and it is an easy walk into the centre of Seville. Friendly host, he answered our questions always immediately. We liked that the transfer form the airport was arranged by Hommyhome. This apartment was a really good choice for our citytrip to Seville!

A Home Away From Home

The location was perfect and the home was super clean and cozy, it had everything I needed! Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and responded to messages within minutes. Atención del personal (Marta) estupendo.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente.La dotación muy completa.Sin embargo al estar en el interior de un palacio,con más apartamentos, se oye mucho ruido. Al entrar en el apartamento había un olor desagradable (como a bajante o a humedad).Además los últimos tres días empezaron unas obras en el patio trasero ,que daba al dormitorio y que empezaban a las ocho de la mañana interrumpiendo el descanso esperado. Mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas para reducir tanto el ruido de los patios como el de la puerta de acceso al edificio. Averiguar la procedencia del olor desagradable que permanece en el apartamento.

Muchas gracias por tu amable comentario, hemos resuelto el problema del mal olor debido a que el edificio es del siglo XVII y hay mucha humedad en él ya que el suelo subterráneo de la ciudad esta lleno de agua y crea muchos problemas por toda la ciudad y más en pleno Barrio de Santa Cruz donde estamos ubicados. Esperamos que vuelvan pronto y que no haya más obras de los vecinos en los edificios colindantes :) Un saludo desde Sevilla, Hommyhome Team

Moderno y céntrico!

El apartamento es perfecto para ir con familia o en pareja, tiene una localización perfecta ya que todo se puede visitar andando. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y equipado. Marta fue la chica que nos atendió y fue encantadora antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia, siempre atenta y disponible. Nos dio muchos consejos sobre qué visitar y donde ir a comer. Sin lugar a duda, repetiremos de nuevo!
