Great location for exploring Venice. Restaurants & shops within walking distance. Apartment was very roomy, each bedroom had a lot of room and bathrooms were also large and well laid out. The windows & shutters shut out the noise perfectly, it was much quieter than I expected. (Some noise from neighbors above but not bad). The living area with just one big sofa wasn’t really inviting, but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. I don’t think it is an appropriate apartment for younger kids - nor is the area really suitable.

Great location - close to all landmarks and convenient water taxi stop. Secure and beautifully appointed spacious apartment with excellent support from the VoV team. Perhaps a few welcome treats? Some of the bed top covers were stained.

Accueil à notre arrivée à la station du vaporetto. Bel appartement très confortable et spacieux. La literie exceptionnelle. Emplacement calme et proche de la Place Saint-Marc. Résider à Venise. L'information complète de Views on Venise. Rien. Si, un détail : le réglage difficile de l'eau froide et de l'eau chaude dans les baignoires et douches.

Amazing Property!

This was an amazing apartment. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it, literally perfect. It honestly is comparable to a Four Seaons Hotel on the inside. I really appreciated all the communication with the rental company. Very helpful. Definitely a five star property.

Wir hatten das wunderschöne Apartment für drei Tage gebucht – wir, das waren vier Paare, also acht Personen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt: Die Schlüsselübergabe per Code war unkompliziert, die Lage des Apartments ideal und die Zimmeraufteilung mit vier gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern einfach perfekt. Auch das Auschecken verlief reibungslos, und wir konnten unser Gepäck danach noch bequem lagern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Venedig – und buchen ganz sicher wieder mit Views on Venice!

Fabulous Location

Our stay was 4 adult couples. The whole process was fabulous. Views on Venice was very communicative before and during our stay. They arranged private water taxi that got us from airport to apartment with one minute walk. Once arrived, they met us at water taxi, walked us to unit and made sure we knew where all the highlights were in Venice. Adorable restaurants and bars right next to location. Anything we would want to get to was no more than 15 minute walk..the apartment was beautiful, well stocked and conveniently located. Would recommend to anyone going to Venice. Great job!

Beautifully renovated apartment in excellent location

Location was excellent. Everything was in excellent condition. Check-in was simple. The keyless entry was great and worked really well. Having laundry in the basement is a great amenity. The designer who did the interiors has excellent taste. The pillows are really uncomfortable. Not everyone likes memory foam. I think you should offer some soft down or fiber-filled pillows for guests who do not like hard pillows.

We loved the apartment. It is so comfortable and well located. Easy walking to everything, and a pleasure to come back to the apartment and relax. Can’t wait to come back again. I wish we could find an apartment like this everywhere we stay.

We love location. It was a market during out stay, and we have found beautiful vintage thing for home. Kitchen is good equiped, big and beautiful sala, nice rooms. Its great place for family or company! We missed cleaning lady service.

Beautiful Villa, Wonderful People

The villa was above our expectation. It was spacious and comfortable. The location was only a 4 minute walk from the San Giggio station (1 line) and about a 7 minutes walk from the Accademia station (several lines). We enjoyed the shops and neighborhood right around the villa and loved how easily we could access San Marco Square and the Water Bus stations to access anywhere in Venice. The communication from the staff was exceptional. We messaged throughout the process, working on water taxi logistics and check in logistics. Caterina and Luca were especially helpful in coordinating our transfer from Troncetto to the villa. Communication was always prompt and clear.

Spacious!

I stayed he with my 3 adult children. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a bathroom for each bedroom and a half bath near the living room. It is run by Views in Venice. They were extremely attentive, arranging taxi transport, meeting us at the dock, giving us tips and recommendations. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Venice at this VRBO. The place was large enough for our needs and everyone had their own space. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with the host was a breeze and they took care of all of our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property, especially for a large group.

Do not stay anywhere else.! The accommodations were perfect for our two families. The communication was above and beyond. We communicated for months prior to our arrival. No question was ignored. They arranged water taxis upon arrival from both the train station and airport. We were greeted upon arrival. They went out of their way to ensure our entry was flawless. We will stay nowhere else in Venice.

Stunning!

The photos are truly what this apartment looks like! It’s impeccable and beautifully decorated. We had 4 bedrooms: 3 of which had insuite bathrooms while the 4th room had the bathroom right across the hallway. Each room had a separate AC unit which was nice and plenty of space for our family of 8. The building has an elevator so that was a plus with all our luggages. The only issue I ran into was the water pressure in my bathroom but this is typical in older buildings in Europe. The apartment is about a 20min walk to Piazza San Marco so it was nice and quite in the evenings. The management team was wonderful. They checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They even texted late at night to make sure we had our water taxi reservation for our checkout. I would definitely stay here again!

The location, level of customer service, space available in the apartment, washing machines and dryers on the ground floor and the level of finish of the apartment in general. A couple of the showers took a long time to warm up which was a waste of water. The same showers weren't very strong.

The apartment is wonderful and spacious, accommodating our entire family. Centrally located but we much appreciated being in walking distance to so many sights and yet comfortably away from too many people. We utilized the concierge services which were great - food delivered before our arrival, a private chef's dinner on our last night - which turned out to be everyone's favorite meal of our stay. The team is friendly and responsive, and a great help overall. We loved it here.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

I simply can’t say enough about this amazing property! We have traveled to Italy many times and this was the best VRBO we have booked. We arrived by water taxi to a dock very close to the apartment- very nice! Enrique was kind enough to meet us there and walk us to the apartment herself; this was appreciated, as we were exhausted and unfamiliar. She suggested a lunch place about 5 minutes away that was delicious and a great way to start our vacation. The apartment is located in a quiet square, but convenient and walkable to every sight in Venice. 10 minutes to San Marco and 15 to the Rialto Bridge. We loved being close to Dorsoduro. Just a 15 minute walk to it’s amazing restaurants and views, that are quite different from other areas. The apartment itself was FABULOUS! The decor is beautiful, but more importantly, this place functions beautifully. We were traveling with family; each had our own bathroom and lots of privacy. This would also be perfect for four couples. There was a lot of storage here, which is rare. The closets are large, so we were never tripping over luggage. Bedding , mattress and pillows were of very high quality . Bathrooms were stunning and SPACIOUS ( also rare). There were laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. A lot of love went into the design of this home. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property with this much attention to detail and concern for its guests.
