This was a great place to stay. Near the train station (walkable) and a 15-20 min walk to the Duomo and Accademia. Lots of choices for food. Leonardo was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Leonard was a terrific host. The location was perfect and within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. His communication was excellent and I would highly recommend. The room was clean and perfect for 2 people. He even set up a car service for us when our train was canceled due to the strike!!

Great place! The host, Leo, was very accommodating and provided invaluable information. The restaurant right next door was wonderful and we dined there twice. Next time we'll stay twice as long in Florence and also at Leo's!

Fantastic property

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property was exactly as advertised. Location is right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. The only complaint is that it says second floor but it is actually the 3rd floor. That was just my misunderstanding of their system. Would definitely stay there again and again!!

A centralized affordable & comfortable location near transportation and historical sites to visit.

Leonardo was a terrific host. His apartment is conveniently located to the train and public transportation permitting expedited means for visiting numerous memorable and historical sites with minimum efforts. His apartment was affordable, very clean and comfortable and allowed us to have a fantastic visit to Florence and many other locations that we had hoped to see. He was extremely accommodating and helpful before, during and after our stay, which was February 19 - 26, 2025. I would highly recommend Leonardo and his apartment for anyone looking for a memorable visit. Five star for us! Also, try the restaurant located at the end of the block from his apartment! Thank you, Leo!!

Leo's apartment was great. It was clean and stocked. Overall quiet, sometimes heard neighbors walking and talking but nothing major. Short walk to all the major attractions. Be prepared to climb several stairs, also be aware there is a light switch in the hallway (we climbed up in the dark when we arrived as we didn't see the switch). Leo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Appartamento carino vicinissimo al centro storico e alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Molto carente nella pulizia. Peccato. Dovrebbero cambiare l’impresa di pulizie.
