Single Family 3 Br, 3 Ba, Patio and Hot Tub

My home is located 10 min north of downtown Denver, 20 min from Boulder and 15 min to Golden and the Rocky Mountains. Sleeping 6 (and maybe 7 on the couch) with 2.5 bathrooms, this four year old house is a great starting point for your Colorado stay.

There is a full kitchen, hot tub, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms (king, queen and full) with two full baths upstairs. Since I bought the house four years ago everything is still brand new. The back patio is ready for morning or afternoon lounging with a hot tub to relax in. Set in a quiet neighborhood my home has easy access to all major highways taking you all over the Denver Metro area or places beyond.

Boulder and Pearl Street with great hiking is 20 minutes Northwest
Golden and tours of Coors Brewery is 15 minutes away
Downtown Denver is 10 minutes by car or you can hop on the train (train stop 5 minutes away)
Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park is a little over an hour away
Summit County with Keystone and Breckenridge are just about an hour away

In my neighborhood is a Belgian Beer Brewery, Bruz Beers which has a different food truck every night. They also have trivia and bingo nights on Wednesdays. We also have a great park just a block away with a great fountain to splash in on hot summer days.

The house is about 1700 sf and will come with cable, Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu, wifi internet, full sized washer/dryer, gas range, dishwasher, gas grill and other amenities. Please note that I do have cats but they will not be there when you arrive. While the house will be very clean when you arrive I cannot guarantee all the cat dander will be gone. Those with very sensitive cat allergies might have some issues.

Please know that this is my full time home that I rent out a few weeks in the summer. My home is not suitable for parties or loud activities as I live in a quiet neighborhood and do not want to disturb my neighbors. Thank you in advance for you cooperation.
