Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.

70 m² accommodation furnished with taste and modern, with panoramic views of the sea and the bay.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning and heating by heat pump, seasonal community swimming pool, garage in the same building, 1 ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart TV televisions, iron and hairdryer.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

Lovely place to stay and we had a great holiday.

Terrific sea view. Apartment was great, very modern with all the facilities you could require. Very clean . Excellent furniture and very comfortable. Great terrace for sunbathing. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from the next door apartment which was being refurbished. We were there for 4 weeks and fortunately the work stopped after 2 weeks.

Location perfect. Pool had loungers, very rare for an apartment! And it never got covered by shade! Right above tiki beach so good for vibes and perfect vantage point for the pride parade! Air con was a bit under powered, couldn't take lilo into the pool

Great stay, fab location, will definetely be back.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Views from the apartment were fab. Right on the beach with everything to hand, bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself had everything you would need. It was light airy and modern. Keys need to be picked up which is a 10-15 minute walk away depending on how fast you walk. They also need to be dropped off when vacating. I would definetly recommend this aparment and will hopefully be booking it again very soon. I would of prefered being met at the property with the keys but it wasn&#39t really a big deal. Maybe a lock box outside the property is something that can be looked at for the future. This would benefit the more less mobile kind of person.
