The cozy nest was a great place for our first time to Venice. The place has everything we needed even air conditioning. After a whole day of walking and touring Venice there are restaurants, pubs, and a market for fresh goods near by for an evening dinner.

We loved staying at the Cosy Nest apartment! It was well located, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to go to. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything you could need, and was very clean. Marco was an excellent host and checked in with us via VRBO messaging during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

VRBO doesn't get better than this! This was a great property. Comfortable and cozy. It was like a home away from home. The place was clean and full of amenities. It was great to have air-conditioning to cool off from the summer heat. A fridge to keep your water and soda cold after a long day of exploring. This is one of the best hosts that I have rented from on VRBO. He is very sincere, honest, and keeps great communication with you. He explains everything clearly so you don't feel confused with the whole process. You can tell he takes pride in providing a great stay for your vacation. The location is also close to everything and takes only 15-20 minutes of walking to most main attractions and the train station. Also it's near a lot of restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Venice.

Stay at Cozy Nest

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Nest. Perfect size apartment for my wife and I. Contained everything we needed. Great location with great bars and restaurants close by.

Great and cosy stay in the center of venice

Marco was super friendly and welcomed us at the apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Also the location was great as we could reach everything by foot

Return to Venice

Fantastic because it is away from crowded tourist areas, but has great dining and shopping, is tranquil… and near charming canals. Perfect for a couple, plenty of space, and a wonderful, responsive owner!

Perfect stay

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or couple who want to stay away from the tourist area yet a short walk to St Marks Square and other attractions. Communication with Marco was excellent and the checkin process was really easy. Definitely recommend it and will stay here when I return.

Stay in Venice

The apartment is lovely. It is tastefully decorated and much thought was given to make our stay comfortable. There is a full kitchen and the bathroom was very nice. It was a very secure place to stay. Our hosts communicated with us very well and were very helpful with our travel. Five stars!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We had a great stay! The apartment was easy to locate from the train station using Google maps and the host’s very clear instructions, and only took about 10-15 minutes walking. The apartment is in a perfect neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas so as not to feel too busy. That being said, we were easily able to walk everywhere during our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, and a comfortable temperature. It had everything we needed! We would happily stay there again on our next trip to Venice!

Perfect Place

We loved the comfortable apartment and location. We were a couple minutes away from restaurants and shops. The location was also quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and modern. Our daughter slept on pull out couch and the rain shower was great with nice water pressure. AC worked great as the days where warm and we loved the washing machine to clean some clothes. Would definitely would recommend. Marco was a great host and very responsive.

Thanks to Marco and his excellent directions we found the apt quickley. We had a very nice stay in Venice. The apartment was very close to everything, and contained everything we needed. Our host's suggestions of what to see really helped us out.We only had 1 full day and a half, so we crammed a lot of stuff in. We very much appreciated being able to leave out bags on site till we left for the station. Thank you Marco

difficult to find for first time

be prepared to haul you and your luggage about a mile and over several bridges with an average of 15 steps up and 15 steps down. which we did in the rain. and we are in our 70's but once there it is a very nice place We felt completely safe and enjoyed our stay All of Venice is like doing a corn maze complete with dead end paths as it was windy when we were there very few used the water transport and walking was the norm.

Marvelous place to stay!

From the communications with my host, Marco, to my arrival at the apartment, where he greeted me, to the apartment itself, and finally my departure, the experience could not have been better. The apartment is located in Connareggio District in Venice. The first thing I learned on this, my initial trip to Venice, is that there is no bad place to stay and in fact, it’s actually nicer to stay in a quiet neighborhood than it is to stay in the most touristy areas, or on the Grand Canal, which, while it has interesting views, is never quiet. With respect to the apartment itself, it is up a flight of narrow stairs but, once inside, it is beautifully done. It features a small kitchen and eating area, and then a large room, separated by a floor to ceiling, bookcase, with the bedroom on one side And a living area on the other. The bathroom is wonderful! Too often showers in Italy are very small, but this one was roomy and luxurious! The apartment was well stocked with the basics. The neighborhood was very quiet, about a 20-minute walk from the train station, and using Google maps, it was pretty easy to navigate around. I could not recommend this property more highly for a couple or a solo traveler, which is what I was.

The Cosy Nest apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is a well designed and well equipped apartment in a quiet area of Venice. We really appreciated Marco’s recommendations of neighbourhood bars and restaurants and places for breakfast. Marco kept in touch with us throughout. Highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung und eine tolle Umgebung

Sehr schön, wir würden die Fewo immer wieder buchen. Eine super Lage, sehr ruhig und es ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden.

AQuiet Place in Venezia

Great place. In a real neighborhood with real Venicians. Comfortable bed, good stove, washer, plenty of hot water. Marco is very accommodating and helpful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Venice with comfort and style.

Great location

This apartment is wonderful. What a great location, close to much, but not in a super high traffic tourist area. Marco is very sweet, helpful, and caring. The apartment was clean, spacious, and safe. I highly recommend and we would stay here again!
