This well furnished top floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a generous sized L shaped balcony with fantastic views of the marina, boats, sea, coastline and golf course. The apartment also benefits from full air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The large terrace has dining furniture and sunbeds to enjoy the stunning views.



The apartment is located in the popular beachfront complex of Marina Real which has 2 swimming pools, underground parking and 24 hour security.

Great location

The apartment could not be in a better location with fantastic views over the marina. Close to the bars and restaurants you are in the heart of Duquesa. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately by Duquesa Estates. The apartment requires some modernisation The kitchen is dated and showing it’s age The living room furniture is heavy and uncomfortable The airconditiong/ heating struggles to reach the furthest bedroom.

Great stay, location fantastic. Able to access apartment early which was so helpful. Balcony was so big with amazing views. Would come back to this apartment. Duquesa estates are always so quick to respond and really helpful. Thankyou Map of whete swimming pools are would be helpful. One pool noted not for use for marina real. Could not find other. choice of one or two sets of keys on arrival would be helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with beautiful views across the harbour and out towards the golf course — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Being on the corner, the apartment has a huge balcony that really made the most of the views — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Inside, it’s spacious and very comfortable. The decor is a little dated, but everything was clean, well-kept, and in great working order. Honestly, the size, the views, and that amazing balcony more than make up for it. We'd definitely come back!

The apartment is in a great location, overlooking the marina, with superb views. The apartment needs an update. The furniture is heavy, cumbersome and uncomfortable. The mattresses need replacing. The kitchen fixtures and fittings look like they came with the apartment when it was first built. With a bit of improvement the apartment would be deluxe.

Muy bien ubicado. Al principio cogimos otro apartamento, pero empezaron obras justo arriba e íbamos con niños así que la agencia nos cambió. El apartamento en general regular, nada destacacle excepto la ubicación y las vistas. La limpieza debería mejorar. Los suelos estaban sucios y bajo las camas y sofás había suciedad acumulada de mucho tiempo, incluso encontramos un calcetín.

La terraza y las vistas Más información sobre qué parking te corresponde , como moverte por la urbanización ya que es bastante complicado. El aire acondicionado tenía una programación predefinida que no podíamos variar y en ocasiones hacía calor en el apartamento. Los colchones son antiguos, te clavas los muelles

It was a fabulous apartment well positioned overlooking the marina. On the whole we were pleased so nothing much you can improve. Possibly the price is a little expensive for November, it wasn’t a cheap holiday by the time we had a hire car and flights.
