No so good as it could be
When we checked in, the entire courtyard was covered in foliage, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned since last fall, the pool was dirty with lots of fallen leaves on the bottom, the next day we spent half a day cleaning the yard instead of relaxing. The balcony was covered in leaks, it felt like there had been leaks before us, and more than one. The worst thing was that a week after we checked in, water started dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, we immediately reported it to the owner, but there was no reaction, 2 days later, a ceiling plasterboard fell in the bathroom due to a leak, it's just a miracle that it didn't hurt anyone, literally a minute before that, a child was washing himself in the bathroom, at that very second we reported it to the owner - his answer was that it was the neighbors on the 3rd floor, but they weren't making contact. The water dripped for a week and no one fixed the slab, we cleaned it ourselves and wiped up the leaks every day. After 2 weeks they came to clean up the leaves and trim the bushes - as a result, some of the bushes with thorns ended up in the pool, the child stepped on the thorns and hurt his leg. As a result, we again spent part of the evening cleaning the pool and trying to get all the pieces of wood with thorns from the bottom of the pool. The air conditioner works unevenly, it is very cold in one room, hot in another, the Internet is weak and does not work in all places.
