Beautiful and comfortable apartment in Barcelona with capacity for 6 people. A few steps from the subway station "Bac de Roda" L2, the line that in 10 minutes takes you to the city center. Equipped with everything you need for your comfort.

The apartment is composed of:

- 2 comfortable double rooms with double bed.
- 1 comfortable double room with 2 single beds.
- American designer kitchen, fully equipped.
- Cozy dining room, ideal for relaxing in the company of your loved ones after a day visiting Barcelona.
- Bathroom with everything you need for your comfort.
- Towels and bedding included.
- Laundry area with washer and dryer (pay-per-use).

Apartment rules:

-'Check-in': Guests can check-in between 11-16h but only to leave their luggage. The apartment will be available from 4pm. The entrance is autonomous through an intelligent lock and is explained in 'Instructions to access the house'.

-'Check-out': Guests must check-out before 11am. As a courtesy measure, luggage can be left in the apartment until 2:00 p.m. If you need more time, you should consult to confirm availability. The exit from the house is also autonomous through the smart lock.

-Respect and consideration towards our apartment and the neighbors in the building.
-Leave the apartment as it is.
-Please turn off the lights, heating or air conditioning when you go out.
-No Smoking.
-No parties.
-Washing machine price = 1.5 €/h
-Dryer price = 2 €/h
-Lost keys = €30
-In case of spoiling the bedding, the following rate will be applied:
-large towel = 20 €
-small towel = €10
-double bed top sheet = €20
-top sheet for single bed = €15
-lower sheet for double bed = €10
-lower single bed sheet = €8
-pillowcase = €4.
