The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is 1 bathroom with a bath. Very bright living/dining room with a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Roof terrace with lounge set, dining table and chairs, a shower and amazing view. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house. WiFi.
This apartment is located in an urbanization with two outdoor swimming pools, a splash pool and an heated indoor swimming pool. There is also a great playground area on top of the indoor swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens throughout. Padelcourt.
Lomas del Mar V is only 5 mins from the beach of Vera Playa, two big supermarkets and a Water Park.
There is a parking space in the underground car park of the urbanization.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Festival dates Villaricos minimum fortnight. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.
Electrical consumption:
Stays of up to 21 days: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 10 KW / day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays of more than 21 days as well as all stays out of season: Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to consumption. There is a meter / counter in the apartment for your monitoring.
