Apartment on the second line of Levante beach in Benidorm, with 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 5 people.

The apartment is cozy, is very light, and is 69 m². It has views of waterfront and the garden.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, fenced garden, internet (Wi-Fi), heat pump, air-conditioned, covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 TV.

In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed at 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Excellent location with sea and beach views. Close to key collection office just across the road. Within a 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to top of the strip. Clean and tidy with adequate facilities and security. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great place if you want to enjoy beach even off season!

Great location, with sea views and within couple minutes walk of the beach. We visited in November, but the weather was still good enough to go for a swim. As we travelled with a van, the private parking option was important for us. There were some strong winds some days and one of the rooms was unpleasant during such weather.

Excellent location close to the beach. Clean with plenty of space. Would definitely book again! Only one mirror in the whole apartment which was hard with 5 of us wanting to use it! Having 2 smokers with us they suggested an ashtray within the hotel grounds would be useful.

Would definitely recommend and stay again

I was really happy with the location, the overall apartment and the service when collecting the keys was really good and only round the corner for these apartments. The beds were quite uncomfortable and very noisy when you moved. Also, the hot water didn't really last long

La cercanía a la playa, sales del edificio y estás a pie de playa, vistas al mar desde el alojamiento, parking privado nosotros encontramos sitio, ducha en las instalaciones del edificio, temperatura agradable en todo el apartamento, totalmente equipado desde cafetera de cápsulas hasta plancha de ropa, burguer king y un McDonalds justo al lado del edificio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño muy bonito, no hay secador de pelo, buena atención de los trabajadores. Que la hora de entrada sea a las 16:30 siendo la salida a las 11:00, aunque a nosotros nos avisaron que estaba disponible antes, sobre las 15:00.

La verdad es que todo ha estado muy bien. Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo, con una ubicación muy muy buena, sobre todo de la playa que está a 1 minuto andando!! Además el parking muy cómodo ya que es bastante difícil aparcar en Benidorm. Todo muy limpio, así da gusto. Relación calidad-precio bastante positiva. Por decir algo, quizás dejar algún producto de limpieza para el baño y bayetas para poder limpiar. En la cocina si que había pero el resto lo hemos tenido que comprar nosotras.

Ubicación buena, muy cerca de la playa de levante pero a la vez muy tranquila y sin ruido de bares por la noche. Cocina y baño reformados. Ducha amplia y con buena presión de agua. En la habitación con 2 camas individuales los colchones eran muy cómodos, pero en la habitación con cama doble el colchón y las almohadas no era nada comfortables. La lavadora se estropeó durante nuestra estancia y el servicio de mantenimiento tardó varios en repararlo.
