The Terrace apartment, on the second floor, has two double bedrooms with canal view, one of which – the master bedroom – with a four-poster bed. The spaciousness of the spaces and their functionality are perfectly integrated with the style of ancient Venice.The apartment has a sunny terrace for private use, perfect for relaxing after a day of discovering the city’s marvels.
The kitchenette includes a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker and kitchenware. All apartments come with an LCD TV and the bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. Owners' production wine selection available with fee.

Palazzetto San Lio is owned by an old Venetian family and it is precisely its members who, for generations, are committed to keeping alive the traditional splendor of the palace and its Venetian style. The careful restoration of the building’s exterior in 2017 has given new life to the external facades, while maintaining the original architectural features.
Its enchanting scenery is appreciated precisely because it offers the visitor an environment rich in style but also attentive to daily needs: it is located in one of the most central areas of the city.
The current owners have chosen to preserve the original furnishings, but at the same time to pay attention to the envoronment through recycling and waste reduction efforts and the use of eco-friendly cleaning products.
