Every bit of staying here was incredible! Beginning with Linda the host. She made everything easy from our arrival to recommendations for great snorkeling and fun restaurants. Then the view from the villa…. Just stunning! We enjoyed the covered porch every morning and evening and really enjoyed the unique out door showers as well. Will definitely return!

Relaxing in Paradise

Seventh trip to St John. One of our best experiences. The Amerigo property was outstanding. Convient location to town and easy to head in any direction to a great beach or hike. Linda was an excellent host.

We were pleasantly surprised with the villa and the view! Very well equipped. The pool was wonderful and a great design. Outdoor shower was awesome! Beautiful house.

What a view - nice property!

The view from this property was wonderful and the property made us feel at home away from home. Thanks to the manager for all her advise and help. Close to town and nice layout. Enjoyed the pool. We will be back.

Amazing home with spectacular views!

My favorite feature were the fully retractable doors making for a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Two equal private master suites, both with very comfortable beds & a beautiful outdoor shower. Made some amazing meals in the well appointed kitchen & new bbq. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the place

Amazing view and great proximity to Cruz Bay. The place is as advertised: clean, well air-conditioned, comfortable beds, nice outdoor showers and pool. The hidden gem of this property is Linda the manager. She was so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Our stay would have been much less enjoyable without her, she really goes above and beyond what I expect from a property manager!

Spectacular

We had an amazing time overlooking the gorgeous views. The outside showers are such a neat experience. This house has all the amenities and furniture you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. It's close to the beach and town. Or if you want to stay at home the grocery store is near by too! I would highly recommend this home.

Great place, gorgeous view. Had a wonderful stay. Tara was attentive to a few things which we needed throughout our stay. It is a short distance to the town, but you need a car as the hill is very steep. Internet is extremely spotty which was my only struggle. Otherwise great place and would stay again!

Gorgeous view!

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views. It was clean and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Linda was very helpful - we got in later than expected and she picked us up at the ferry. There was a maintenance issue and this was responded to promptly. It was a great stay, and we hope to return!

Great spot close to Cruz Bay!

We all had a great time staying in St. John here! The balcony views are amazing, pool is great, and the inside spacious and comfortable. Thanks to Linda for all of her quick help and useful information! The walk down into town isn't bad and while the walk back up is taxing, we did it several times until we found regular good parking in Cruz Bay.The only potential negative is that next door construction is going on which makes day time use of the pool and balcony a little less relaxing. It didn't bother us too much though as we went to all of the great beaches and spots during the day and mainly relaxed back at the villa in the evenings once construction was done.

Cruz Bay

Beautiful View, Quiet Neighborhood but enough to town to walk. I was great to see the full moon over Cruz Bay. We enjoyed watching the car ferries come and go. The Villa was very nice, outdoor showers were a surprise bonus!. Villa has plenty of space, the rooms are large and so is the balcony. Pool was beautiful. Karen, our contact is super nice and helpfull. Great stay!

Love this place!

We love this place! It’s close to town, has a wonderful view,and a very nice pool and deck. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you might need to cook or grill. The beds are comfortable and I love the optional outdoor shower. The place is fully air conditioned and the internet worked the whole time we were there.There is some construction next door but they are very respectful about not making a lot of noise in the morning. This is our third time renting here and it will hopefully not be our last! Oh, and I forgot to say how great Linda was. She was always available to answer any questions and her tips and recommendations were perfect.

But that sunset!

Perfect location a 2 min driver to downtown Cruz Bay, with breathtaking sunsets. Couldn’t be happier about our stay, the caretakers were more than helpful even letting us know that the grounds keeper would show up 1 day during specific hours, meeting us to check in and even asking if we’d like our fridge stocked before getting there. . If you’re looking for a place very close to town, quite, huge bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, giant covered deck, with great views of amazing sunsets behind St Thomas, I highly recommend this place.

Incredible villa for 2 couples

We stayed here for 3 nights and totally loved it! This is perfect for 2 couples because it has 2 master bedroom suites and awesome outdoor showers. We would definitely stay here every time that we visit St John. And the sunsets every night amazing and the views overlooking Cruz Bay! You definitely need to rent a AWD vehicle because the road there is steep and very bumpy towards the end. The pool was perfect and we always had it to ourselves. The only complaint was that they have a stacked washer/dryer and the dryer on top looks like it’s going to fall off when the washer is going. It needs to be stabilized.

Awesome Location in Cruz Bay

Just got back from trip to St. John. The place was very clean, big, and a HUGE balcony with fantastic views of Cruz Bay. The unit had ample towels, beach chairs, coolers and kitchen was fully stocked with what you'll need. Comfortably sleeps four adults. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with outdoor (and indoor) showers!!! The location is ideal -- a very short drive/walk from Cruz Bay. Albeit quite the hill to walk up, but you can do it. The road was a little messy in spots, but post-storm I'm sure it will keep improving. Parking is on a flat surface and only a short set of stairs to the unit. For those of you that have been to StJ before will understand that a flat parking spot is very nice to have. Very quiet and relaxing! Wish I was still there. Colleen

Great villa on St John

Recently returned from a week long stay at Villa Amerigo. The views were spectacular. The layout was perfect for 2 couples as there are duplicate master suites with combination indoor/outdoor showers. The 1/2 bath off the living room was convenient as well. We spent almost all of our time on the huge outdoor covered deck. The pool was nice and there was ample seating, we were the only ones at the pool everytime we used it. There's a bathroom by the pool and a covered veranda. YOu really need a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the road is steep. We did walk a few times but the road is step and there is no shoulder or sidewalk so never tried it after dark. Quick drive into town for dinner and shopping. A number of beaches are 10-20 minute drive. I'm already thinking for rebooking for 2024 or 2025.

Beautiful Villa

We rented this villa on our first trip to St. John. The location and views of Cruz Bay are amazing. The condo is very spacious with everything exactly as pictured. There is only AC in the bedrooms, so the main living area of the condo is typically pretty warm. This didn't bother us much as we spent most days out on the island. The ACs cooled the bedrooms very quickly so we were able to sleep comfortably. The condo did have beach chairs (although they are quite old), beach towels, and 2 coolers for us to use. They also had several ice packs in the freezer so we didn't need to purchase ice to keep things cold. Although it is relatively close to Cruz Bay, you cannot walk because it is located up on an extremely high hill. The area was very quiet and peaceful. My only recommendation to the owners would be to upgrade the villa with nicer linens for beds and bathrooms. For the price we paid I felt that these were quite old and used.

Great Place

The property is located close to Cruz Bay and convenient to get to the north shore beaches. Loved the large patio and night views of St. Thomas.

Villa Amerigo is a beautiful large home on the side of Pocket Money Hill overlooking the town and water of Cruz Bay. When you hear of "million dollar views" THIS property has that and much more. We chose Villa Amerigo for the awesome location to town, and the amazing views from anywhere on the property. The house and the walls of windows that open completely up to the extra large covered veranda on both levels for indoor/outdoor living & dining and the large resort style pool & pool deck were the cherry on top :)
