The ground floor comprises a living/dining room that is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The room has direct access to the garden and terrace, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and Chianti. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and 4 induction hot plates.
On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom and a room with two single beds (80cm). There is also a shower/WC. The house has natural stone floors, which gives the interior an authentic feel.
Casa Patrizia has two terraces and a garden, providing ample space for you to relax and soak up the sun. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs.
