Magnificent apartment with terrace located in the Historic Centre of Venice, less than 200 metres from St Mark's Square, the most exclusive location in the entire city. The apartment is divided into two (interconnecting) parts, each of which is equipped with a living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Ideal apartment for large families or two couples with children. High-level modern furnishings, air conditioning, small roof terrace. Upon request, 4 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). (ID: IT027042C2VY86YLP5)

We absolutely loved our time in Venice and this apartment. Not only is it clean and modern, but also extremely well located next to St Mark's Basilica. Great place to stay!

Amazing Location

The property was very clean and comfortable for two families of four. The beds were comfortable and the necessary toiletries were provided (shampoo, conditioner, gel soap, etc.). The location was critical to our stay - there are very few places to sit in public spaces in Venice, so if we picked up food or needed a break from the heat, the property was a five minute walk from the major sites.

Taste of Venice

Clean, comfortable for family of 7/8. Good location. Beds comfortable. Be very careful of pickpockets especially in crowded area not only in Venice. We enjoyed our stay

Apartment had a not so fresh smell to it. We could never adjust the temperature so we were very cold in there. It would have been nice to have had someone greet us when we arrived.

All the instructions on how to adjust the temperature are available inside the apartment. You also had an emergency phone number, but you never contacted us. We're always available to our guests. Great location, beautiful unit.

We rented both apartments. We loved our stay and would consider staying there again. Wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, and it could have used some body soap and maybe small shampoos. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of if you book this unit.
