The Perfect Spot for our Trip

This apartment was a perfect spot for our vacation. Ideally located between two major metro lines and just blocks from the train station it was ideal for four adults exploring the city. Beautifully furnished, quiet and sunny I would definitely recommend this property. Graciela is a gracious hostess.

Clean, cozy and convenient!

We had a great stay at the apartment last week. As advertised, it was impeccably clean and very convenient for our stay in Barcelona. It's centrally located and walking distance to several shops and restaurants, which was also nice. Staying here allowed us to feel like locals for our short stay. We will be sure to return on a future trip!

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in Graciela's comfortable apartment. She was very responsive to email before we arrived and personally met us (with her adorable daughter) to show us around the place. The apartment is conveniently located - easy to get to the metro or find a taxi - and very quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The beds are very comfy as well!

convenient location, well maintained property

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was around the corner from a shopping mall and some pretty good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and in excellent shape. The beds were very comfortable although one bedroom was quite small. Great kitchen will all the amenities you could use. It had a bath tub that would be appropriate for children but too small for adults!! If in Barcelona we would consider staying here again.

Well located, clean and wonderful reception.

We absolutely loved the apt. It was well located could walk to many different restaurants, catch on and off tour bus. Graciela the manager was absolutely lovely, on time to open the apt and welcome us. She graciously had every detail in place even bottle of wine and typical area Spanish sausage as a welcome gift. Graciela was also giving us tips where to visit and left a book with all the suggestions or questions in regards to the apt. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making it a great stay.

Beautiful appartment

We spent one week in this lovely appartment with our 3 children (6 to 15 years old). The appartment is modern, very well equiped (two bathroom, a kitchen with all equipment to cook) and perfectly clean. You can go to the Ramblas for ten minutes with a car, 15 minutes for the beach. Graciela is a perfect hostess. We'll come back when we return to Barcelone

Excellent Clean apartment in the heart of Barcelona!

What a wonderful place! I was referred to Graciela through a friend and I can honestly say ill never be staying at a hotel again in Barcelona. The apartment was charming very close to Arena de Barcelona and Plaza Espana. The unit itself was renovated, everything was brand new. New bathrooms, modern furniture and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including washer/dryer. I highly recommend this place for families or anyone who wants to experience Barcelona as a local!

Great stay in Barcelona

We were two couples who stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It was well situated for access to the metro and train station. It was also easy to walk to most places. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Although for people who prefer to wash the few dishes we used by hand, rather than use the dishwasher, we couldn't find dish soap. Otherwise everything was great. In fact we left a hat behind and the owner will arrange to return it to us.

Very nice apartment in excellent location

Our family of four adults stayed at this property for three nights and all concerned thought it was an excellent choice. The location close to the Plaza Espana is prime for fine dining and shopping. Just a short walk to fine museums and plenty of people watching. The subway stop is convenient and easy to navigate to get to other parts of town. Our hostess, Graciela, was both knowledgeable and thoughtful. She welcomed us at the scheduled time and was quite competent in describing both the apartment and the attractions in the surrounding area. I would highly recommended this apartment for a party of four or less. It would actually be quite crowded if six people stayed at the same time.
