When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. We were only provided one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. Additionally, upon booking, I received an email to pay directly to a 3rd party company named Belvilla. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful.Then I contacted Belvilla and from there the communication was awful. I asked for a partial refund and it was not provided. The phone number they sent me to asked for my booking information and the person could not find my booking information, therefore I did not receive a refund. Belvilla was not very helpful at any point, and did not try to make things better for our stay. We found a towel from a house keeper in the building on our own.
