Everything about this stay in Soulard was wonderful. The host was very gracious; we met our host when we showed up and she showed us everything about the place. We also received great recommendations about the area and enjoyed great food and drinks. Soulard was so convenient to all of STL and the surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again!

Kelly is an incredible host! She is so kind! She walked us through the property during check in to make sure we knew how to get in and to introduce herself :) She is very quick to respond to texts and is so friendly! We loved our stay here! My family came up for Thanksgiving and the loft had everything we needed. We were able to use the kitchen to cook all our Thanksgiving dinner contributions. The couches and beds are all very comfortable and the atmosphere of the space is very cozy and welcoming. The location is incredible and the entire space was very clean. The shower is the perfect water pressure and temperature. We had a few inches of snow during our stay and in the early morning after the snow fall, there was already a path shoveled that went directly from our door to the street. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Kelly! :)

We had a wonderful getaway in St. Louis. Soulard is a really cool old neighborhood that was super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The Botanical Garden and zoo were excellent and the arch was amazing to see. Kelly was a fantastic host and we felt very safe in her sweet neighborhood. There were some great restaurants in walking distance.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We enjoyed our three night stay. Such a cute and clean space inside and out! Soulard is a hidden gem. Easy walk or short drive to everything. Safe neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Owner very responsive. Highly recommended!

It was a very easy going stay thanks to Kelly. She made communication a breeze. The amenities provided were thoughtful and plentiful. The home was accurate to the listing and photos. Kelly met us initially to make sure we got into the unit ok, this was a nice touch. We’ve already decided we’d like to stay in one of Kelly’s homes again when we come back!

Great location

We loved our stay at the loft! The listing was accurate, Kelly was great at communicating, and there were thoughtful amenities like snacks, water bottles, and toiletries. We were pretty disappointed the fire pit didn’t work, but Kelly was communicative on the issue. She also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is great, and we felt safe walking around.

Great time in Soulard

My daughter and I had a great time staying in Kelly's apartment for a week. We came in town for the Indy race. Kelly was an amazing host and went above and beyond expectations helping out. The area is safe and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The Budweiser bottling plant is 15 minute walk and Bush stadium is about 30. I highly recommend this place to anyone spending time near downtown.

Great getaway spot

A friend and I booked this property for a four day getaway. We enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short Uber/Lyft ride to the Arch and other attractions.

Quiet places located in a great community

Kelly was a great host and helpful during the checking process. Space is located in the beautiful Soulard neighborhood with plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back to stay!

Historical Fun Stay

This place was Perfect! Loved the location, Soulard neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet at night. Short drives to most tourist places. Beds comfortable, water pressure in shower awesome, place had everything we needed. Kelly was very welcoming. Will be back!

Wonderful property

Impecably clean and well maintained property. Super fun neighborhood and many good eats around within walking distance. Owner Kelly, who is extremely nice and accomidating, lives on the property grounds which made me feel very safe as a single female. I will return to stay again.

Soulard has been home to us for almost 17 years and is a unique historic district with charm and easy access to many great restaurants and nightlife. We have invested to make these apartments unique and full of luxuries to make our guests from around the world comfortable.

The property has a beautiful secured courtyard where on nice days you can soak up the sunshine in a beautiful garden or on chilly days enjoy the warmth of the gas fire pit. We strive to furnish the units with all the luxuries of a nice suite and incredibly affordable prices.
