Great place to bring our family and enjoy CC Homecoming and our 25th reunion. Our teenagers played MANY hours of ping pong and pool and we could relax and enjoy seeing friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. The walk to campus was so easy. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and was as listed. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. The house has a view of Pikes Peak from the driveway. The host was easy to communicate with. Bonus, there was the sweetest kitty cat that would come visit us in the back yard in the evenings!

Property is very nice. Location is a bit noisy. TV service if streaming was poor.How about a 48 inch round metal patio table to enjoy a meal outdoors.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This house completely exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, the views are absolutely gorgeous, and the house itself is amazing. They seriously thought of EVERYTHING. We had everything we could possibly need and so much more!The home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home for our family.Michael was an awesome host! He was welcoming, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making this home a great experience for guests.If you’re considering booking this home, DO IT! We couldn’t have picked a better place for our Colorado Springs trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful historic home. The kids really enjoyed the backyard and the park across the street. Great location!Worth noting that the whole house isn’t air conditioned- just most of the second floor. Might not be an issue for some, but for southerners who are used to fully air conditioned spaces, might be a bit warmer than you’d like during the summer.

Incredible property and service. This place is a hidden gem. We had a great trip and loved staying in the house. Michael was easy to communicate with and super flexible as our plans changed past minute. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

This was a wonderful house for our family get together. Lots of space, plenty of beds and fantasic decor. We got up every morning to enjoy the park across the street and the view of Pikes Peak. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this for other large groups.

We immediately felt right at home in this beautiful house! It is immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, and the house is adjacent to trails and parks. Our family group includes four children, and the property was perfect for them, too. The host was so kind, and I know he would have been responsive had we had any issues, but we did not! The house is close to so many of the things we wanted to do on our trip, and it was the perfect home base. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for USAFA graduation. There was plenty of room for our large family. 10-15 minutes from everything in the C Springs area (Manitou, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, etc). It is the perfect location with an amazing view. Michael is the most responsive host we have ever had. He responded within minutes on any minor question we had. The added bonus was the spinner game. We are now looking how to get one ourselves. Overall the best VRBO experience we ever had.

The location was perfect for touring Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, Pike’s Peak and cave of the winds. The home is large and comfortable. I would stay again.

Themed bedrooms: Ski Lodge, Hunting Shack, Gunslinger and New England.
Pool Table, Ping Pong and an addicting Arcade game that four can play. Located right across the street from Monument Valley Park that has a stream, walking/running/bicycle paths that go on for miles and playgrounds for children.
